We absolutely loved our stay at this house-it exceeded our expectations and is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. The home is filled with unique art and stylish decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a group of five couples, we had plenty of space to relax, and the rooftop garden quickly became our favorite spot to gather. A highlight of our trip was celebrating my husband’s birthday with an incredible Mexican dinner prepared by Raquel and Toñita-it was a truly memorable experience. The location is perfect, with everything just steps away, making it easy to explore the area on foot. We enjoyed every moment and are already planning our next visit so we can stay even longer. This place is an absolute gem. We couldn’t have hoped for a more perfect accommodation during our weeks in Mexico City. The house is situated in the backyard of Mateo‘s and Ana‘s home, everything is decorated with attention to detail and a great sense of style. The house had everything we needed for our stay, which lasted several weeks. The neighborhood (Coyoacán) was our favorite in all of Mexico City as it is safe, has a lot of parks, restaurants and coffee places (and of course the Frida Kahlo Museum) but is not as gentrified as the north. Mateo and Ana are wonderful people and great hosts. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb.

This is my all time favorite stay ever! We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for 4 days and we miss it already. The home is located in a famous alleyway but was very peaceful and secluded. Many shops, restaurants, and cafes in the surrounding area, most of which are walking distance. The location was perfect as it was very close to a mega grocery store and near a beautiful town square. The home itself had absolutely everything needed and the most spacious bedroom ever! We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the living room and the patios. Perfect getaway!!

Very clean, clear instruction, there was nothing missing. I loved it being near Chapultapec Park. Washer available upstairs that works very well. Alejandra is very friendly. She made sure everything was perfect.

This place is truly full of charm. It’s hard to find spots that are both minimally filled but still rich with character and this is it. I stayed for a month and the pillows and bed were wonderfully comfortable and the shower gets lovely and hot! Located across a wonderful coffee shop and close to Parque Mexico it really is a wonderful location. If I can, I’ll be back!

This apartment was well worth the visit! Everything looked exactly like the pictures, the terrace was lovely, and the furnitures and amenities were well maintained. The building was very safe and private with 24 hours doorman, and the neighborhood was peaceful and full of great restaurants and coffee shops. Mariana was very responsive and provided a lot of recommendations. Would definitely recommend!

The hosts were great, quick to respond and helpful. The place is great! You can tell it was well curated and loved for, with comfortable mattress, an authentic MCM Le Corbusier Lounge chair, ample closet space and best of all, functional bidet. The location is great and walkable, within close proximity to all the great bars and restuarants Roma Norte has to offer. Will definitely book this or another place of theirs.

Very Agustí place and good location

This is a beautiful modern loft home set in a quiet part of the city. The home has full kitchen amenities and is walking distance to a great market. The Airbnb has a beautiful and lusciously green courtyard; you can hear birds singing loudly in the early morning and it’s just wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the patio is a really nice area to sit and have a cup of coffee in the morning. I do wish the water pressure in the shower was better and I recommend adding more lighting in the loft area as it was difficult to get ready at nights because we couldn’t see very well. The home is a short driving distance to more lively places. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Our host, Julio, was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. He gave some great recommendations for restaurants and places to go/things to do; for restaurants, we highly recommend eating at Tlacoyotitlan and La Oveja Negra and MaMa Rumba for a night on the town (all recommended by Julio!

This is the PERFECT place to stay in Roma. The space is so creative. The vibe was cool. The rooftop is freaking amazing. It is perfect for spending your days out in the city and coming back to the cozy room in the very safe and modern building (without losing the neighbor charm). Do not hesitate to book. The host will meet you at the front and walk you in and give you all the instructions. Very first class/white glove feeling.

Everything as described! Awesome place in a great location. Loved the hammock and the keyboard and the bluetooth speaker (I don't play guitar, sadly). LOU coffee bar became a favourite, just down the road, as did oly restaurant, opposite. Amsterdam 15 min walk away. Tons of great restaurants nearby, like gente de barro for breakfast and NIV for dinner / cocktails. Highly recommended.

The apartment is beautiful and in a wonderful location- on a nice quiet street but in a wonderful and walkable location to so many restaurants and other neighborhoods. I felt very safe and comfortable! The apartment with its floor to ceiling windows and tree views is so lovely that I didn't even mind being rained in one evening!

We had such a lovely experience staying at this Airbnb in Polanco! I visited with my parents, and the apartment was perfect for the three of us—clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The space felt cozy and safe, with all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located stay in Mexico City. We'd definitely love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect—close to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Easy access to Roma. I was working remote, the WiFi was perfect. And the plants on the balcony made for a great background. The area is beautiful. Completely safe neighborhood made for some lovely late night walks. Only issue I had was mosquitos were getting inside. We found a hole in a screen on one window where they were getting in. Art personally came and fixed the screen himself. And presto, no more mosquitos! Overall, it was a great stay.

Excellent airbnb as described in the photos in the heart of Polanco! Excellent location to head to the main points of interest whether walking, by bike, by Uber. The apartment is spotless with just what you need in an apartment with private security 24 hours which made us feel very safe Gaby was always a super friendly host and helped us in what we occupied and was always attentive, I definitely recommend it and would come back !

We had a wonderful stay for a girls trip! Andrea and her team were so helpful with check in and recommendations, the space is beautiful and so enjoyable to be in. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious.
