It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

It has a spectacular view overlooking the mountain, a large space and has a lot of silence as we are located within a private subdivision that includes 24-hour surveillance. We are located 5 minutes from Tec de Monterrey, one minute from a taxi stand, La Era, an Oxxo, and a taqueria. The highway is 10 minutes away.

The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
