Миниатюрная однокомнатная квартира целиком, удобно расположена - рядом с аэропортом, магазинами и центром города. Я делаю всё возможное, чтобы вам было комфортно: поддерживаю чистоту, слежу за порядком и стараюсь создать уютную атмосферу. Дом старый, но есть двор и место для парковки. К сожалению, на некоторые вещи я повлиять не могу, зато внутри вас ждёт чистое, аккуратное и удобное пространство. Cozy apartment in suburb with 15 minute direct public transport connections to seaside and city center, 7 minute drive to airport. Grocery store is within a 4-minute walk, shopping center at the Central station. For a fee we can fill the fridge with a breakfast offer, ask me if interested. The apartment has a balcony, view opens onto the courtyard of the house. The apartment is equipped with a coffee maker, other household appliances and kitchen utensils. There is a baby travel cot available.

Good location & infrastructure

The apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Riga airport, a good view from the window. In the center of the Imanta district, close to shops, beauty salons, sports clubs. Near tram and bus stops, 20 min to the city center. Jurmala can be reached by car in 20 min or by train from Imanta station. Near the Dammes market where you can buy fresh products. Within walking distance are equipped playgrounds, a cafe and a bakery. Free parking, Wi-Fi, TV and film archive, coffee machine with capsules.

This was a piece of home away from home! Absolutely a must stay place. Exactly as stated - spacious, clean, lovely layout, windows on every wall for a wonderful cross breeze of fresh air on the warmer days. Very nicely decorated, full kitchen.... I can't say enough about the stay. And then you get to walk the lake and beautiful surrounding areas. Hands down, you want to stay here : )

In totaal heb ik hier bijna twee maanden verbleven en vanaf dag 1 tot de laatste dag voelde ik mij helemaal thuis. De vrouwelijk eigenaar was altijd beschikbaar voor al mijn vragen. Daarnaast werd ik ook voorzien van activiteiten tips en als ik iets nodig had kwam ze dit brengen. Het appartement is in een prachtige rustige omgeving, waar je fijn kan wandelen. Daarnaast zijn de openbaar vervoer voorzieningen op 5min loopafstand waardoor je binnen 25min in Riga centrum bent. Bedankt voor de geweldige service en ik zal dit verblijf zeker aanbevelen aan vrienden.

Very clean and fresh appartment with everyrhing you would need. Looks very stylish and comfortable. Clear instructions on how to get in and all facilities were in places as decribed. Location is a bit further away from the city - 10 minute drive from center - but this was excpexted. Not much to explore in the neighborhood.

Wonderful apartment, the highlight of course being the spacious terrace, but everything else was clean and comfortable as well. There are several great restaurants nearby. It's a 30-40 minutes walk into the city with two different bus lines stopping close to the apartment. Roland answered all our questions swiftly and was a very nice and helpful host. We also appreciated the amenities like shower gels, coffee, wine, water etc. very much. Would definitely recommend to stay there!
