I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. We arrived at Sandra’s place to find a beautifully decorated apartment, so welcoming and peaceful. Everything we might have needed and more was available to us and so thoughtful. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. This is perfect place to use as a base to discover and explore all the surrounding sights and villages. Apartment matches the listing and the description. Very nice bedding. Rather quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Parking is secure. Check-in instructions are clear and accurate. Pierre Marie is welcoming, available and responsive. Accommodation to recommend!

Studio rented for 2 nights and chosen for its location, I was not disappointed. Ideally located, in the heart of a shopping street, many bars/restaurants/ice cream parlors in the immediate vicinity, beach within walking distance. The studio was very clean, well arranged. Favorite for the very clean and modern kitchenette. Small terrace very pleasant despite the view of the shopping street and I enjoyed the roller shutter that allows you to protect yourself from the opposite side and the heat. Communication with the hosts was perfect because you receive a first message as soon as the booking is made, then the day before your arrival all the instructions to collect the keys and access the accommodation are sent to you in a very detailed way. I would recommend it in a second.

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

A big thank you to Christel for her well-located, clean, quiet, very functional apartment, 2 steps from the beach. The surrounding landscape is just beautiful. We did not suffer from the heat thanks to the air conditioning. We also thank you for the sweet treats from Sète that made us happy. This week will remain a great holiday memory for us. A perfect stay from start to finish! The apartment is conveniently located, with a very convenient parking space: once the car is installed, everything is done on foot. The view is breathtaking, you can't get enough of it, day or night! The place is perfect for relaxing for a weekend or longer. The host is super responsive, very pleasant and really concerned about our well-being. He shared lots of good places with us, especially to eat well and enjoy the stay. An experience that we will repeat without hesitation. I go back there without a second thought! Thank you.

Welcome by Mélanie, very pleasant and smiling. Apartment very well located, with sea view as advertised, clean, complete, modern and functional amenities. Garage on the same level as the apartment, facilitating the transfer of luggage. The only drawback was the narrowness of the garage for our vehicle.

Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.

We had a very good weekend. Apartment very well located close to the city center and FISE with underground parking, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

This is our second time in this accommodation and nothing to complain about. Very clean and functional accommodation. The big plus is the pool and close to the city center. I highly recommend it.

Fanny's place is really good, spacious, very clear, the terrace is nice ... if there is not a strong Tramontane! Only downside, the lamps on the sofa in the living room and bedrooms are insufficient to read if your view is a little weak. Having a private garage and bike storage is a plus (as long as you don't have a vehicle too high), with elevator with direct access from the floors to the garage. Otherwise there is huge free parking across the street. In fact, the whole residence is well secured. We were very well received by Djaouida, who is very kind and responds quickly to questions. In addition, the apartment had everything you could need: cleaning products, kitchen accessories, spices, various sauces. WiFi works great. Located right in front of a rising bridge, it offers a real recurring show! We really felt very good in this apartment and we warmly recommend it.
