Ideally located 250 meters from the Étang de Thau, overlooking the pond and 700 meters from the beaches, on the first floor of a villa, very comfortable staircase, separate entrance, very well insulated, it is perfect for couples and families (with kids) equipped with sun loungers, parasol, table for eight people, southwest facing, very nice. The house is on a wooded plot of three hectares, close to Lake Salagou, Villeneuvette, Saint-Guillem-le-Désert and of course the Cirque de Mourèze.
