A large equipped terrace, overlooking a panoramic view, allows you to spend unforgettable moments. The nearest beach is about 1 km away, reachable on foot or by car.

The house overlooks the Gulf of Tigullio where it enjoys an exceptional sea view, in the quiet of the Ligurian hills, while being a short walk from the sea. It has a garage where the elevator starts, which reaches the first floor where the kitchen, living room, dining room, terrace, and Jacuzzi are located. BBQ, hallway bathroom, and the second floor with three bedrooms and their private bathrooms, plus attic bedroom with bathroom.

House surrounded by greenery, in the Municipality of Borzonasca, inside Aveto Park. It is about 20 km from Chiavari and the sea. Ideal for nature, privacy and relaxation lovers. IMPORTANT: during the winter season the house is heated with a pellet boiler located in the laundry room that is managed by us. In one of the two rooms there is a pellet fireplace and for its use a separate payment is required (pellet consumption)

Rosso su Portofino is a typical Ligurian country, recently restored, overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio, overlooking Portofino. House surrounded by greenery, surrounded by gardens and olive groves, ideal to enjoy breathtaking views of unforgettable sunsets. The house is not accessible by car, parking on the street is public and free, there are 250 mt walk to do on the path. Ideal place to rejuvenate body and soul!

The Palio : with free private parking

Located a few minutes walk from the sea, both train and bus stations, and a short walk from the funicular railway that leads directly to the shrine of the Madonna di Montallegro. The apartment has free private parking. Its location makes its convenient to visit Portofino, Santa Margherita, Camogli and the Cinque Terre, which are accessible by either train and boat.

Il Frantoio with a sea view

The studio apartment that is rented is part of an old oil mill from the late 1800s, obtained from a renovation respecting the original volumes. The studio is part of a still authentic context. You don't arrive by car but by walking for 5/6 minutes. At the Frantoio you can still breathe in a true Liguria, different from the glossy one of the coast
