Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Mialet

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

The house is just amazing! It's big and comfortable, has any kitchenware you could ever need to prepare any dinner imaginable and even more! The garden is simply beautiful, our cat was beyond happy to explore every corner of it. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was already too cold to swim, but it adds to the beauty of the garden and we just enjoyed sitting by it in the sun. Thank you Jean-Philippe and Brigitte, for this amazing place. We will be happy to return some day!

Our stay in Suomen was simply wonderful a true hidden gem in the South of France! The accommodation was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. You can really feel the care and love the host has put into every detail. What made it extra special was the peaceful setting surrounded by nature, perfect for unwinding, yet still within easy reach of nearby sights and villages. We had breakfast outside every morning, with a view of rolling hills and the sound of birds all around pure magic. Our host was warm, helpful, and always available if we needed anything, while also giving us space to relax and enjoy. We felt truly welcomed and at home from the very first moment. The perfect place if you appreciate calm and nature. Listing matches photos, clean, and has all the comforts you need. We had a great time. Thanks to Laure and Jérôme for hosting us and for their kindness. A complimentary bottle of homemade apple juice. The property is lovely and the hosts were very welcoming and respectful and helpful with suggestions. Our only critique would be that the pool whilst lovely is not private and shared with the hosts who admittedly did not use it whilst we were there and if you like me love to cook the oven was portable and a slight challenge to use. The village and walks were incredible and the location near to Uzes, Nimes and Avignon makes for a lovely stay. A big thank you to Pascal and Catherine x

We were extremely well hosted by Christophe, who was waiting for us in front of the house and spent time with us to give us the right tips for the area. The house is amazing; it is large, quiet and cool with lots of character and a nice terrace. The surrounding nature is beautiful. There are many swimming spots and beautiful walks to take on foot.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, in the beautiful main village square, right in the centre of Uzès. It was peaceful, comfortable and the apartment was bright and cozy. It had a little outdoor balcony which was a nice bonus. We were thrilled to have had the opportunity of staying in this delightful place and the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. We spent a week of August 18-25 me as well as my children in a very beautiful house, very clean without any vis-à-vis a very nice pool, Audrey was very responsive to messages from the beginning .. I recommend 1000% with my eyes closed Very relaxing place You have Everything nearby Thanks again ☺️

We had a super nice week in this beautiful holiday home. We were welcomed by the owners with the stove already on and some goodies on the table. The owners live next to the holiday accommodation and they will give you a warm welcome. There was also friendly contact during our stay. The house is beautifully decorated with lots of touches. Really a dream house with a large garden and views. It is very quietly located and you really feel at home. The village of Labeaume can be visited on foot, is a nice walk from the house. We also went to Avignon for a day, a short drive, but worth it. The Indy Park climbing park is also recommended. The bakery and a small supermarket are close by, in Ruoms you will find a large supermarket. There is plenty to do in the area. Dear Laure and Benoït, Thank you for the super nice week we were allowed to spend in your holiday home!

What an amazing place! It was everything we hoped for and more! Nestled in the heart of nature, the setting was absolutely serene—surrounded by trees, birdsong, and beautiful views in every direction. Everything was perfect! The house, the view, the nature, the region, the host… all of us were very extremely happy to stay at Olivier’s place.

This house and the surrounding grounds are amazing. This was the most impressive AirBnB we have ever stayed in. We stayed here for one week for a family gathering. It is as big (or bigger) than the pictures show. The house is beautiful and modern. The grounds are spectacular. They even have 8 small tortoises on the premises which the kids loved to feed. The pool is huge. You feel like you are on the grounds of a palace. Additionally, Najet and her husband were extremely friendly, kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay in the south of France.

Staying with Kinnari and her family in the countryside in Canaules-et-Argentières was wonderful. Quiet lovingly maintained property, beautiful pool, beautiful park-like garden, beautiful details in the apartment, on the seating area and in the garden that made the stay so relaxed. Even the mosquito spray was ready upon arrival. There is a new bike path in the area and the walks along the vineyards were accompanied by shade again and again thanks to the lush vegetation. Dear Kinnari, Thank you to you and your family, it was perfect!

We felt very comfortable in Pascale and Patrick's house. Above all, the terrace with a view over the landscape is a dream. The two are very friendly, relaxed hosts who gave us great tips for excursions and restaurants. We highly recommend the lunch menu at "Le Carré des Saveurs". We also liked the town of Barjac very much. If you want to visit La Ribaute, the estate of the artist Anselm Kiefer, you have to book very early. We can only recommend the stay with Pascale and Patrick and very much hope that we will have the opportunity for another stay at some point.
