We can't say enough positive about Ana's hospitality and the comfort of the cottage. We were in town for 8 days and found that three of us were very comfortable in the space. The neighborhood is great (nearby public pool is spectacular!), parking is plentiful and it is a short walk to Little Havana. Thanks to Ana for making our stay so pleasant!

Tropical Paradise!! This place is exactly what’s needed to kick back and relax. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back.

David & Josh’s space was very comfortable, quiet and peaceful. There was a blender listed in the amenities, and we had checked for it and there wasn’t one. So they went out of their way to order one for us that arrived the next day. Super accommodating and attentive.

If you want excellent hospitality, a central location, and lush, tropical “real” Miami vibes, then book this place!! Ines is a wonderful and warm host (and she prepares the loveliest breakfast!) The cottage is adorable and comfortable and the garden setting is just magical. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Stephen Eugene's place was fantastic! The place was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed and more! The decor was beautiful inside. The surrounding area was so pretty and peaceful! The location was great as it was situated close to all shopping as well. Stephen Eugene went above and beyond as she was very kind and quick to respond, and was accommodative and caring about my needs. I would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Perfect stay for a weekend trip. This place is one of (I think) 3 properties on site. My brother and his wife stayed in one and my partner and I stayed in another. The places are quaint and simple but perfect for what you need. It was clean and quiet. The highlight for me was the shower, a full size for a small space and the water stayed hot! About 10 minutes from the airport. I would stay here again.

Great place quiet very friendly people hospitality was great. Communication was great. Felt very homey and comfortable. Recommend to everyone.

What a fantastic place to stay. Leo and Iro really did a marvelous job. The unit is beautiful and bright. I enjoyed my stay at the Unique Guest House. It was a perfect spot for me to stay on a quick trip to the Miami area. While the unit is attached to an occupied house, I felt right at home and that I had my privacy. All of the amenities were appreciated and the unit was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and Ileana was a very welcoming host. I would stay here again when in the area!

Our second time staying with Jonathan at this location and we loved it as much as last time. The place is amazing, well located, spacious for the size of the studio, has almost everything you could need and Jonathan is super responsive to any queries we have. Will be back again!

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything. The space itself was clean, cozy, and ideal for a couple. The Miami metro was loud at times, but you get used to it. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Super comfy stay at Gerard and Victoria’s! They were great hosts, super responsive and proactive. The studio had everything I needed and was very comfortable. Easily walkable to Wynwood, and a short uber away from south beach. It was quiet, peaceful, and a perfect place to land each night after a busy day walking around Wynwood, or a long day on the beach. I loved being able to do laundry and prepare some of my meals. Thank you Gerard and Victoria.

I loved my stay at Marja’s place! It was so clean and comfortable. She was extremely nice and very responsive. The location is great. It’s so close to everything so it’s very convenient. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Miami!

Can I give 6 stars? Jason has a diamond of a property and I honestly felt every night of my 10 day stay like I was coming home. The cottage was spacious and clean, the bed was so incredibly comfortable and the bathroom is a girl’s dream! The location couldn’t have been better situated as it was a 3 min drive from my film location on Calle Ocho. Close to the highways, close to good food, close to the beaches… and the neighborhood is super cute and very safe. So happy I was able to stay here and cannot recommend enough. Thank you!
