We can't say enough positive about Ana's hospitality and the comfort of the cottage. We were in town for 8 days and found that three of us were very comfortable in the space. The neighborhood is great (nearby public pool is spectacular!), parking is plentiful and it is a short walk to Little Havana. Thanks to Ana for making our stay so pleasant!

Great place for a few days in Miami.

David & Josh’s space was very comfortable, quiet and peaceful. There was a blender listed in the amenities, and we had checked for it and there wasn’t one. So they went out of their way to order one for us that arrived the next day. Super accommodating and attentive.

Tropical Paradise!! This place is exactly what’s needed to kick back and relax. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing home, with great energy, clean and private. Layout creates an atmosphere of relaxation and home. Simple but elegant, just right. Only thing I would change is the bathroom shower (abit too small). Great and responsive host and easy to communicate with.

Stepping inside this vibrant flamingo-themed oasis was an absolute delight—playful decor, thoughtful amenities, and cozy comforts everywhere. Every detail felt curated for fun and relaxation, making it one of the most memorable Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

The place is as described and appears in the photos. Personally, I'm used to sleeping near airports since I live next to one, but for those who aren't used to it, it can be difficult to get used to the noise of takeoffs and landings. I think the darkness of the room could be improved, since at dawn the interior lights up a lot and that could cut your sleep short. Apart from this, Juan Alberto was a great host and the place meets what is offered in the publication very well.

I loved my stay at Marja’s place! It was so clean and comfortable. She was extremely nice and very responsive. The location is great. It’s so close to everything so it’s very convenient. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Miami!

I enjoyed my stay at the Unique Guest House. It was a perfect spot for me to stay on a quick trip to the Miami area. While the unit is attached to an occupied house, I felt right at home and that I had my privacy. All of the amenities were appreciated and the unit was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and Ileana was a very welcoming host. I would stay here again when in the area!

Our second time staying with Jonathan at this location and we loved it as much as last time. The place is amazing, well located, spacious for the size of the studio, has almost everything you could need and Jonathan is super responsive to any queries we have. Will be back again!

Everything was great! Randy gave great instructions for checking in. The unit is private and we were comfortable staying there for a weekend to see the Marlins. Our fav restaurant and bar were within walking distance so that made it really convenient!

I like the space very much and Eric. was responsive. The space is a little dark.

overall it was wonderful and had everything we needed and more. clean, conveniently located and private. ac worked very well and host was very responsive and kind. the only con is I feel the location is a little sketchy but we walked our dogs everyday multiple times and didn't have an issue. property was well secured and locked behind a gate so safety was never an issue. we really did have an amazing honeymoon, would stay here again.

Great loft with private entrance. The local boutique coffee shop around the corner was great (Wells Coffee) and the are is up-and-coming with new breweries and bars around the corner. We walked multiple times to downtown and Olas Blvd and felt very safe. If Uber’ing my recommendation when being dropped off is to set your arrival location to the alley behind the house, since at first it’s not apparent where to find the alley (it’s parallel, not perpendicular, to the street address ) but Nichole’s directions for locating it and getting in are Excellent (step by step guide with photos)!

Perfect location, spotless place. Near everything but out of Brickell busy streets. Host was super responsive and kind. Definitely will book again!

Location, location, location; this place was around the corner from Walton drive which was such a relief and made it more of an enjoyable experience. This place was great and felt so comfortable. The pool was super nice, made me feel like I was at a high end resort. The outside areas were built in a manner that created some privacy amongst the other apartments. Cannot wait to return.

Can I give 6 stars? Jason has a diamond of a property and I honestly felt every night of my 10 day stay like I was coming home. The cottage was spacious and clean, the bed was so incredibly comfortable and the bathroom is a girl’s dream! The location couldn’t have been better situated as it was a 3 min drive from my film location on Calle Ocho. Close to the highways, close to good food, close to the beaches… and the neighborhood is super cute and very safe. So happy I was able to stay here and cannot recommend enough. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay at Maria Renee's place. She was a responsive, accommodating, and affable host, which made the experience even more pleasant. The bed was absolutely AMAZING—spacious and incredibly comfortable. The towels were large and fluffy, and the kitchen was well-equipped with basic utensils, cookware, and crockery, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals. I also appreciated the little touches, like the automatic fragrance diffuser, which kept the space smelling consistently fresh. Private parking was another great bonus and felt very secure. My only critique is that the place could benefit from a deep clean. There was noticeable dust on fixtures and ceiling fans, and the carpet in the dining area looked like it could do with a proper shampoo. Despite the dust, the positives far outweighed that, and I would absolutely stay at Maria Renee's place again.
