The upstairs unit enters at the front of the building. The description says 'entire place' but that means entire first floor, totally private. Newly renovated space with all new furniture and kitchen appliances. Decorated in a modern farmhouse style with touches of m odern and all original abstract expressionism art by owner. The entire floor is available for you only. Also, we have a Guesthouse upstairs with a door that connects. Of course, you control the lock on your side of the door! Remember you are in downtown Ann Arbor and street noise is common although it does quieten down as the night progresses as most everything is closed on the street except for a bar three doors down.
