Excellent location in the heart of historic downtown Morelia.

It's an excellent place to spend a quiet vacation. It makes it difficult to get to by faults on Google Maps. But it's worth it.

This loft was awesome: clean and retro decorated. It was especially nice to have a washing machine and a clothes dryer, a full-size iron and ironing board, a large stainless steel refrigerator, and a patio off the bedroom. The fans provided were adequate to cool the place since there were no mini-splits. Best of all, the place was located in a neighborhood close to banks, strip malls, and grocery stores, with plenty of restaurant choices, and on a local bus line. Coffee and sugar were provided, including a coffee maker, a toaster, paper towels, and napkins. The only thing needed was bottled water, as it is in Mexico. And it would have been extra nice if there had been a microwave. But there were plenty of pots and pans, clean glasses, cups, and dishes free of chips and stains. I loved cooking on the four-burner stove and would highly recommend booking this Airbnb. The host is cordial and very responsive.

It was great!! I recommend, only observation is that we were left a towel for two tenants. Outside, everything is fine 👍🏼👍🏼

This place far exceeded my expectations. The view, the Cupatitzio river and the bathtub were undoubtedly the best; it is an ideal place to rest as a couple or solo and is only a few blocks from the center, which is very convenient. We will return.

A highly recommended place. The place is just as described in the listing, it is very clean, tidy and well-kept. The location is excellent because you can easily and quickly go downtown, to the highway to Pátzcuaro, etc. Highly recommended.

I’ve stayed in this building multiple times, and this apartment definitely stands out as one of the best. Everything was just as described: clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. You can tell it’s well taken care of, with lots of thoughtful details that make it extra comfortable, like large, newer TVs in both the living room and bedrooms, comfortable beds and pillows and a washer and dryer. Plus, the sunset view from the master bedroom is beautiful. The security guard was very friendly and I always felt safe in the complex. I’d definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended! The space smells good, clean, very tidy and has everything you need to be comfortable. The kitchen is very complete, in general the area is very quiet so it is perfect for resting. The sheets smell nice (: Mrs. Bety is very kind and attentive, and she is always attentive to your needs. It is worth mentioning that if you have a small vehicle you can park outside the apartment, but if you have a pick up or large vehicle they have a garage available a few houses next door, you have to walk a little, it is not much, just something to consider. In general, the place is very nice and the rooms are very comfortable and the balcony/terrace has a nice view. I really enjoyed my stay, I will definitely return and I highly recommend it.

A very accessible place and close to the Morelos sports unit. To buy groceries and food, everything is close. the ideal space for my wife and I. The host's service was excellent. We would definitely choose the place again when we return to Colima.

This place surprises you because it's so much bigger Than the photos show, the kitchen being on the patio and the view is outstanding. The moon coming up over the mountains and the peace is so wonderful! We are so happy to have had the time there and would recommend to anyone or a couple! If you are in good shape you can walk into town, but having a car ( that is small and good for uphill climbs) is good too!

The accommodation is very comfortable and is in a very nice and key point of Salvatierra, without a doubt very good option ;)

The place has everything you need, you feel at home. The loft was impeccable, near the center of town by car. José was always attentive and his mother is very nice, cordial and attentive. The description is very clear and although it is a busy avenue, you can rest without any problems :) I would come back without any hesitation
