Well, what can I say that will do this place justice? An absolutely incredible stay! The place was absolutely beautiful, and the gardens just incredible. But aside from that Paul gave us wonderful recommendations, had a drink with us and is an all around great guy! He was always there if we had any questions. Jorge and Angy were both so sweet and ready to help with anything we needed. Oh and the breakfast was just so fresh and delicious. We will be back!

Javier is a great host. Communication was always very clear. From the time we arrived, both he and his wife were very kind and at all times made us feel very comfortable with the Airbnb we had rented. We will definitely stay here again with Javier. 100% recommended place and host.

I made an expensive mistake in my booking, and Carlos allowed me to cancel it. He would have been well within his rights not to. He is a very gracious man. He has a lovely property and I'm glad I stayed in his smaller unit. Thanks, Carlos!

Everything was very good, he welcomed us very hospitable and was available in case we needed anything, he was an excellent host. The house is totally clean and there is a shop inside the subdivision which we liked so that we did not have to go further to buy things we needed.

A quite cozy place, ideal if you go with family or friends. The place is well located, there are taxis and public transport very often. Precinct from the pier in janitzio. You can make a bonfire. The negative is that at night the main door is closed very late and it causes you little insecurity.

A corner in Pátzcuaro with a spectacular view!!! Beautiful apartment decorated Pátzcuaro 100% with its beautiful curtains and quilt typical of the place. A balcony where we would have our coffee in the morning surrounded by beautiful vegetation and the sound of the birds ❤️🙏Upon arriving at the table of the Dining room awaited us delicious cookies, toast, jams, teas and in the cold water and soft drinks, which was a very nice touch that made my children happy! Its location is strategic since it is in a place where you can avoid the classic end of traffic Pátzcuaro week and easily reach downtown by back streets. A couple of blocks away are delicious fondas with regional dishes and grocery stores. It is a very quiet area and you are inside a Hotel where you share in a closed station which gave us a lot of security. The gardens of the place are beautiful. Very comfortable beds and premium sheets and towels. We will definitely be back!! 101% recommended❤️

It was very cozy and very comfortable to spend a few days in patzcuaro

We had a very nice stay. It was very practical and comfortable to get to know the surroundings of the region, in addition to the beds are super comfortable, the delicious blankets. Dani and his family are very attentive to what we need. Highly recommended!

Lisa was an excellent host, answering all our questions shortly. Regarding the accommodation, it was easy to get to and follow the instructions marked for check-in, the charming place full of nature, without a doubt, will be a place I would recommend and if I have the opportunity, I would return again. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed the tranquil vibe, and the enclosed patio and kitchenette with fridge and mini-oven, which is always clean and inviting. Celia and her family were very kind. The space is compact but functional and had all I needed. The top (pastel-blue) blanket was not perfectly clean, but it did not affect my stay, as I didn’t use it and was provided other blankets. I will be glad if I have the opportunity to return in the future and would certainly book again.

Bob provided a folder with useful information. The 2 Casitas are set in beautiful gardens which provide a great escape from the hustle and bustle of town yet are very conveniently located just a couple of blocks from the main square and a stones throw from The Lake Chapala Society. The casitas are well equipped, with seating areas both inside and outside. There were plenty of hooks as well as a closet with hangers! This may seem basic, however our previous accommodation looked great on paper yet did not have a closet or so much as one hook to hang a thing. or indoor seating apart from on the bed. Bob, however had thought of everything to make us comfortable and our stay convenient and memorable. Extra pillows, towels, blankets etc were all to hand if needed. Rustic, charming, yet very very comfortable. We would have no hesitation staying here again.

Daniel and Iliana are excellent hosts. Very attentive, the loft is impeccable, the place is extremely nice and quiet. They are attentive to anything you might need. Our stay was amazing and we would gladly come back and highly recommend it.

Miguel was an incredible host. He was supportive and helped out along the way. We didn’t have WiFi (an area issue) but Chuey the house manager lent us an iron and a blow drier that helped immensely. We had coffee in the room and fans for the heat wave. Beautiful views. Total privacy! Really exclusive location. We enjoyed it very much!

Perfect facilities when you need a clean and safe place to sleep. We needed exactly what Rebecca offers since we don’t have a guest room in our home that is close by. It was a perfect solution! Many thanks!

It is a beautiful place and wonderfully comfortable

My husband and I enjoyed an extended stay at Casa Ozomatli. The casita was charming, private and comfortable. The kitchen, though small, was well equipped and very functional. Lovely linens and towels, with weekly cleaning. Andrea has a staff who help maintain the property. Special note to Consuelo who kept the casita sparkling during our entire stay . The pool is beautiful and was especially appreciated ! It is currently waiting for some maintenance/repair of the skimmer system. There are 2 resident cats who move freely about the property, however, they are not permitted in the casita and are brought into the main house in the evening. The location is particularly good for anyone not wanting a car . Several buses pass by the property daily. Casa Ozomatli is in an older Mexican neighbourhood. The people are lovely, friendly and welcoming! We now feel that we have yet another ‘ home away from home ‘ and new friends thanks to Andrea’s warm, friendly, hospitality .
