Everything worked out and the accommodation is good

We were moving to Recife and needed a temporary place to stay while we looked for a more permanent home. This apartment was perfect and we were very happy with everything about it. It was exactly as advertised. The location is exceptional and the people who work in the apartment complex were always super professional and helpful. Orquidia, the owner, was also very responsive. We highly recommend this apartment.

It was my first time staying in this space and the experience was amazing. The building is modern and sophisticated, with a rooftop with a swimming pool, a gym and a pleasant atmosphere to have a wine at night. The view of the apartment is breathtaking — the sea and the reefs give you a nice day.

Vanusia is a dear, she treated me like a daughter. Super kind and helpful district. The space is very organized and met my needs. I couldn't find a place closer to the convention center, I think it's about two minutes by car lol. I recommend it to everyone!

The house is excellent, very well cared for, with a very good pool and very nice barbecue/ coexistence area. The rooms are large and well accommodate families with children and couples. The kitchen is very well-equipped, you can do everything and with the services of Avelina everything was much better!!! The beach area has a very delicious bath, well worth spending time resting and enjoying Itamaracá. To bid, Carolina and Romildo were attentive and helpful, answering our questions,doubts and making them more flexible. Without a doubt, we will return to other opportunities

Lala is a great host, knows a lot about Olinda, is super available for quiet conversations and shared with me a cute dinner she prepared. The villa is beautiful, full of art, in a very privileged location. Is currently undergoing a restructuring, but I think it will soon be 100%. The room is very comfortable, with mattress and quality bedding. It has filtered water available, something I value on an Airbnb. One detail that can be improved is the fact that you don't have an extra key for the guest. This made me feel quite dependent on the host. I highly recommend this location and the host.

The stay was very enjoyable. Everything was exactly as in the photos, and the studio is well organized. We had daily cleaning service (we don't know if it's routine, but it happened during our stay). The balcony is a charm in itself - you can have breakfast while enjoying the sea view. Nearby, there is an excellent bakery, two supermarkets and a great gym affiliated with Wellhub (which was a differential for us). The beach in front of the property has many rocks, which makes bathing difficult, but with a longer walk or a quick five-minute Uber ride, you can reach an excellent diving area. We really enjoyed the stay and certainly recommend it.

The accommodation is extremely complete, in addition to being located in a condominium that offers many leisure options. Access is greatly facilitated by not needing keys and the super quiet neighborhood. Indico very much this accommodation option, myself and my friends feel at home.

As for the apartment: Extremely clean, 2 great bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, well maintained, cozy and complete (from first aid kit to books, games). Very well located, the street is residential, but busy, very quiet at night and close to a bakery, supermarket and the like. As for the host's service: it was indescribable, so perfect, so caring, so attentive...very polite, always available for questions. Even the table was set and in the São João atmosphere I found at check-in, with crafts made by the hostess Suzana, I felt welcomed and at home. I highly recommend it and when I return to Recife, I will stay in this apartment again.
