This second floor apartment has two spacious bedrooms (separate or non-shotgun style), a living room with sofa and tv, washer/dryer, and a freshly remodeled eat-in kitchen with Mardi Gras built in.

Art Infused, Airy, Convenient Mid City Apt
Our house was built between 1897 and 1903. The light, airy 700 sqft unit was completely renovated in 2007 and recently received a nice fresh coat of paint. K/B have tiled floors and counters, rest of the spacious apartment has lovely Brazilian Cherry floors. Professional photography (my own) grace the walls. We live on the other side. This is not a party house, we're looking for quiet guests who will enjoy our home and neighborhood.
