Alexandra has put a lot of love and care into this cottage with some very thoughtful details, like pantry staples and treats! The area was beautiful and peaceful, everything in the cottage was clean and in perfect working order, and Alexandra is a lovely, attentive host, who went the extra mile to ensure our family had everything we needed for a great stay.

We had a lovely four-night stay at the cabin. It was a cosy, well-equipped space with a beautiful view—sunrises and sunsets were stunning. The hot tub was a highlight, and the thoughtful touches like champagne, chocolates, and a well-stocked kitchenette made it feel special. The cabin had plenty of ways to stay warm, and while the bathroom was compact, it had everything we needed, including handy essentials. One thing to note is that the cabin is quite close to Vicky and Roger’s home, which isn’t clear from the photos, so privacy was a little limited—we didn’t always feel comfortable using the hot tub. There were also a few dead bugs on the ceiling, but overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it

Beautiful location, Tara is a great host, great communication and prompt replies. Lovely clean, spacious and modern house. very easy to find and close to town centre. Definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Khillyah Cottage. Sally and Ian were very helpful. The Cottage itself was very cosy and beautifully surrounded by vineyards and farmland. We particularly loved listening to the bird life in the morning and the little attention to details that added a sense of homeliness and comfort to our stay. Would absolutely stay again 😍

We had a gorgeous view and the cottage was very cosy throughout a rainy couple of days. It was the perfect base to use to explore all the Hunter has to offer. We loved it!

A wonderful farm stay. The cottage is very comfortable and the view of the hills with the morning fog is breathtaking. My wife, myself and our two pups had a great time.

I had a fantastic stay at Belinda and Bruce’s beautiful countryside farm. The house was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Their company at the BBQ was amazing—so friendly and welcoming. A real highlight was the farm tour, where we got to see all their lovely animals up close. It was such a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing farm stay with wonderful hosts!

Beautiful little place. Was a perfect overnight stop for 4 of us travelling south. We were running late and the night was chilly so they turned the heater on for us prior to arrival. Very clean. Kids loved the animals right at the back door in the morning

Gorgeous property with ample room and beds to cater to our group. Hosts were always on hand for any additional questions. Property had a gorgeous fireplace which was just lovely to cosy around in the evening with a glass of wine. Looking forward to staying again!

We had a wonderful stay at Martin’s place! Martin was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, we were involved in an accident and suddenly found ourselves without a car. Martin went above and beyond by offering us his spare car to use — an incredibly generous gesture, even though we didn’t end up needing it. He was also very responsive and proactive in communication, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. He even gave us food to feed the animals, which was such a thoughtful touch. The house was well-stocked with snacks, pancake mix, and all the essentials you’d need to cook at home — it really felt like a home away from home. We loved our stay and are so grateful for Martin’s hospitality. Highly recommend!!!

10/10 would recommend to stay at Collombatti cottage! Kelly was a great host and let us check in early. She was very responsive to our requests and even bought down more fire wood for us. Our 2 dachshunds had the time of their lives running the paddocks. We enjoyed feeding the cows and relaxing it was so peaceful! Everything was perfect, had everything we needed with nice little touches. We will definitely be back! Thanks Kelly & Duncan!

wow! where do I start. the serenity? the amazing views? the super clean well equipped cottage? the friendly thoughtful host? we loved everything about Sam's place, from the cosy fireplace to the sun-filled deck, the well maintained walking trails, secure yard for our pooch, comfy bed, ....the goats! We are already planning to return next year.

We had one night at Rusty, my kids love the tiny place and the animals, my son was talking about the rooster and asking about the fresh egg on the way back, its not something you find in a city busy life. Thank you David and Karen for all the helps, kept us up to date with every single things upon our arrival. We had a great time and looking forward to another trip may be in summer, a longer stay to discover more about the town.

Gail was a wonderful host. We had one of our best Airbnb experiences. The property is quiet and beautiful in the countryside, which is exactly what we looked for. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, and Gail also supplies breakfast ingredients.

This was our second stay and it once again was perfect. Faye is a lovely host and makes sure that her guests are very well looked after. It was a special treat to meet Faye and her husband in person on this trip.

We were looking for somewhere to escape the city for the long weekend, and this property was absolutely perfect. Whilst Gloucester is only 5 minutes away, we didn’t feel the need to go there as we had everything we needed right there. The surroundings are so beautiful, and there is plenty of space to roam and enjoy the fresh air. The cows were also very welcoming. The house was lovely, and the views stunning. There was plenty of firewood, which we enjoyed both indoors and around the fire pit. All in all, a perfect escape.

We have returned for the third time to Annabelle and David’s beautiful and peaceful stay. Everything this time was as enjoyable and we will be back😀

We had a great stay at Claret Ash Cottage. Gemma and Chris are responsive hosts, the house was great, and our stay very peaceful. I would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay

Started with a scenic drive from the charming village of Nundle via Peel River Road. We turned into the farm drive, we were greeted by a spectacular view of the cottage, complete with Eastern Rosellas performing a welcoming flyover & a curious wallaby standing sentinel at the gate—truly a quintessential Australian welcome to commence our two-night stay. The cottage itself exceeded our expectations. Its vintage charm and thoughtful appointments created a comfortable atmosphere throughout. Our pets appreciated the fully fenced yard, allowing the dogs to stretch their legs safely after the journey. The elevated position offers commanding views of Chaffey Dam and the Peel River from the front verandah—perfect for afternoon sundowners. As evening descended, the crackling wood fire transformed the interior into a cosy sanctuary, setting the stage for peaceful, silent slumbers in the serene countryside. Our two nights at this rural retreat were nothing short of magical.

We loved relaxing in the morning sun on the deck, peaceful kayaking on the lake and the toasty hot tub. All the things for a perfect winter break. The house was spacious and well equipped, with plenty of spots to relax and watch the world go by.

Loved staying at Waukivory Estate with our friends. the accommodation was fantastic, clean, warm and welcoming. Waking up to the sun shining through into the kitchen was glorious, all the beds were super comfortable! The children had their own accommodation in the bunkhouse which again was decorated so nicely and so comfortable. We loved exploring the beautiful grounds, the animals gave the children something to do along with the giant swing in the gardens. There was plenty of firewood for our stay and we enjoyed the firepit in the afternoon and evenings. Naomi was wonderful to communicate with and always so helpful and responsive. We can't wait to come back, we loved the fact there was not much around and could enjoy nature and peacefulness.
