The places was clean and easy to find. It had everything we needed and extra. The other guests on this short vacation walked and and were just wow-ed by how the place looked. It was a great stay! Thank you so much for approving our booking!

Steve’s place was perfect for our visit to Sawtell. The house was clean and tidy, beds comfortable and had everything needed for our stay. Steve’s place is a short drive to town and local shops. Would happily stay here again.

The house was perfect to sleep 21 of us and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating leading up to the booking. The house was big and have everything we needed. Becky was available to answer a few phone calls which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this property for a large group.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anna's place and can't reccommend it high enough. Anna was super helpful and accomodating throughout our stay. The house has great internet connection and wifi and really does look as good as the pictures suggest. Check-in and out were seamless and Anna was always on-hand to answer any questions we had. I really can't rate this place high enough, will absolutely look forward to staying here again!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beach shack! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cozy charm and unbeatable location. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had such a relaxed, inviting vibe. We spent our days lounging on the deck, soaking up the lakeside breeze, and walking to the lake just a stone's throw away. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided thoughtful touches, like beach towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a great collection of books for those lazy afternoons. It felt like a home away from home, and we couldn't have asked for a better getaway. If you're looking for a peaceful, beautiful spot to recharge and enjoy the beaches, this is the place! Cliff was very helpful in sending through lots of suggestions of places we could visit during our stay. The accommodation is well maintained and in a very quiet area for a relaxing stay. it is also a reasonably short drive from local beaches and facilities in Forster, the lake is only a short walk down the road, and our dog was comfortable in the fully enclosed back yard. We enjoyed our time staying here.

Well appointed. So many items supplied in kitchen and bathrooms that I have not seen at any other AIRBNB. Easy access. Very clean and well stocked with cleaning items and supplies incase of an accident or spill so you clean up and continue to enjoy your stay. Location close to cafes and restaurants at Lemon Tree Passage. So many recreational items in shed to help you enjoy the coastal location and water ways. Julie took the time to reach out to us when we did not reply to emails as we were travelling and not opening our laptop and lodging in every day about dietary requirements re type of milk to put in fridge. In conclusion well done Julie you are a credit as a super host.

The cottage was gorgeous, everything is so clean. So peaceful, with great amenities, and OMG the cookies are amazing (thanks Anna)! It was a cold day but Anna had the heater and the cottage was toasty warm. Park right by the cottage. A delightful stay. Highly recommended.

Suzie and Neil – thank you for having us! Your place exceeded your expectations; it really is better than the photos. We felt right at home from the minute we arrived and were greeted by both of you with homemade biscuits in hand. The views of the river were beautiful, the lawn of your place was immaculate, and the cabin we stayed in was very cute with ample space. We were all commenting on how we would love to live somewhere like that (a sign of a great holiday, I reckon)... From Neil giving us restaurant tips on the back of his lawn mower (like going down to the Wynter Tavern for dinner and drinks) to Suzie chucking us some wood for our fire, the whole time we felt comfortable, safe and relaxed. Would return!

Great place, with amazing views. Lisa's place brought our families together and helped create some fantastic memories. Neighbours are very friendly. The water view and ocean breeze was quite relaxing. We even had a friendly neighbour selling some great bananas from their garden. Very private setting where you can go for strolls whilst enjoying the view.

wow! where do I start. the serenity? the amazing views? the super clean well equipped cottage? the friendly thoughtful host? we loved everything about Sam's place, from the cosy fireplace to the sun-filled deck, the well maintained walking trails, secure yard for our pooch, comfy bed, ....the goats! We are already planning to return next year.

Grant was excellent host and we enjoyed staying at his place very much. Encourage people who want to take rest and recharge from busy city life!

We know this lovely area fairly well and had just cleared out our place nearby prior to settlement of its sale. Steve's place was a lovely place to stay after we had cleared ours out and it just suited our needs. We intend staying again as we will still be visiting close family in the area from time to time and Steve's place ticks all our boxes.

We had a lovely weekend stay, with our puppy loving the outdoor space and the kids enjoying the fire pit each night. Suzie and her husband were really accommodating and responded quickly to any requests. Thanks!

Cassandra was kind enough to accept our booking with very little notice after a last-minute cancellation left us without accommodation for the long weekend. We arrived at a lovely little cabin in a super peaceful location - only 5 minutes from the sweet Mylestom General store and beach, 10 minutes from the boardwalk at Urunga and 15 minutes to beautiful Bellingen. Cabin was super warm and cosy, with floor to ceiling glass windows letting in the morning sunshine - such a nice change from the recent weeks of non-stop rain! Fantastic outdoor firepit area and the dogs loved galivanting around the giant grassy paddock.

I was seeking a few days of peace and relaxation and The Atelier’s Cottage ticked every box. A delightful space - comfortable, quiet, private and all the essentials provided, and lovely garden for my dog to freely enjoy. Looking out over back paddocks and watching beautiful sunsets was an unexpected bonus. Liesel and Nic were delightful and welcoming hosts, and the little extras they provided, like fresh eggs and herbs, were very thoughtful. I hope to return and enjoy their hospitality and this beautiful cottage again one day.
