Styled on a hotel room suite, rather than self catering, The Snug has 2 “off road” private parking spaces, King Size bed, separate sofa bed sitting area, mini fridge, tea, coffee, hot chocolate & fresh milk, & large shower / bathroom. But no cooking.

From the well-appointed, private and spacious first floor annex in the West Wing of the house, guests are encouraged to explore our five-acre property comprising woodland, meadow and traditional walled garden. Whether you are single or travelling as a couple, the Old Rectory can offer you respite, privacy and comfort away from home.

A peaceful setting, direct access to footpaths & cycle routes. 4mins stroll to village pub, 1hr walk or 10min drive to Framlingham with heritage castle & 30min drive to the coast. Edies retreat is a comfortable, self contained studio apartment, set in a small hamlet of houses at the end of a lane adjacent to a farmers field and apple orchard, on the edge of Dedham Vale AONB. Perfect for relaxing or a more active holiday. Walking, cycling and canoeing can all be enjoyed locally. There are plenty of fascinating local villages and towns to visit if history is your thing. We can suggest various itineraries for you and help you arrange your chosen activities.

Peppers is a cosy, self contained one bedroom area with separate lounge, shower room and patio area. A welcome basket with a variety of breakfast items is provided for the first morning of your stay. East Harling is a lovely village close to Snetterton with Norwich & Bury St Edmunds just a short drive away. The village boasts two pubs serving food, a bakery, fish & chip shop, Chinese take-away and grocery store. The English Whisky Distillery Company is just up the road.

Copse House is the old village Police House. situated outside of the village in two acres, with its own paddock/stables. The garden and paddock are totally dog safe and secure. Guests have total access to the paddock if required to exercise their dog. One main bedroom with double bed. However the lounge has a sofa bed that we can provide bedding for existing guests/child. The Annexe is totally self contained, it has its own drive and enterance. Completed to a high standand

The Treehouse Game and Stay

The Treehouse Game and Stay isn't your usual self catering apartment. It has its own pool table and retro arcade machine exclusively for your use. Situated above our oak framed cartlodge in the grounds of our house on the edge of the 44 acre village green of Old Buckenham. The village has 2 pubs, shop and country walks. The Treehouse accommodates 2+2 and has a double bedroom, shower room and large open plan living area/games room with kitchenette and breakfast bar.

Tucked away but within a short walk of the market hill and Framlingham Castle yet only 25 minute drive from the coast. Our recently converted ground floor annexe has a Retro-Scandinavian feel comprising double bedroom with en-suite shower room and living area with sofabed and bespoke fitted kitchen. Guests will have use of part of the south facing garden and parking for one vehicle is in a shared driveway.
