183 m2 home on 930 m2 plot. 2 toilets. Cozy surroundings at the end of the closed wing. Large and spacious garden, with Weber grill, fire pit with free gas and firewood. A trampoline for the children is buried in the ground. The house is right next to a large playground. The playground has a football pitch, volleyball and playground. Charming villa w 180’seaview & direct beach acess!

Welcome to our fantastic home, right by the beach between Fredericia City and the bridge to Fyn. The house is build in 1926 and has a lot of its original charme, though it has been modernized. You can enjoy the yard, walk downstairs to the beach, walk 2min on the beach to the harbour where there is great ice cream and a delicious restaurant! Groserieshopping only 2min cardrive /12min walk. Great settings for kids or others who love the sea as much as we do! You may also borrow our rowingboat!
