Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Rustic oak planks and a wood-burning stove meet modern minimalism. Situated on a headland in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve in a small village away from the tourist hustle and bustle, within walking distance to the water. Im OG, welches mit der Treppe zu erreichen ist, ist der Schlafbereich mit einem Doppelbett & 2Einzelbetten versehen. Nach einem Tag am Strand kann gerne gegrillt werden. Wir freuen uns über Familien, Paare & Freunde, die die Insel erkunden und die 7 Fahrminuten entfernte Ostsee erleben wollen!

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

Our small house with garden is ideal especially for couples, whether to find silence or a nature that offers the best conditions for every movement, including surfing. It has a bedroom from which you can step directly into the garden. The fireplace is in the living room. You will find a particularly large terrace where summer life can spread generously. If it gets cooler, you can use our own sauna. Change of occupancy is always on Fridays.

The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle.
