The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. The apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswalder Bodden. Throughout the property, the exposed old beams are reminiscent of the history of the building. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 16 people as well as a large terrace, a multifunctional billiard/air hockey/table tennis table and a sauna. By car or train you can quickly reach the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund.

The vacation home with two separate apartments of different sizes is located on a 1000 m² large and separate recreational property in a central location opposite the "Luna Park." The Peenestrom is only about 50 m away (swimming area about 1.6 km). The bright, friendly apartment with living/bedroom and children's room, kitchen and bathroom is located separately in a historic, reed-covered farmhouse directly on the Bodden with views of the Schoritzer Wiek. It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Behind the house is a garden.
