Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms. Completely on your own. At the back a spacious garden room with fireplace and also its own garden. The garden room can be heated with the fireplace . In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Wonderful apartment to stay entirely on your own and enjoying the tranquility!

There is no train station in Waarland and in the evening there are no buses. Without a car, we may not be the right location. Marius is an amazing host. The house is picky, so we can completely relax in the beautiful surroundings. The house is quiet place, yet in close walking distance a city's comforts. We've been here for others with our grandchildren who are now teenagers. They suggest it will be a tradition that we go on a trip to Medemblik. There was a bottle of champagne for us as a welcome. However, the biggest welcome was that it was so clean and cozy. You really feel welcomed and welcomed.

I had a very nice stay! The place was exactly as described – very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. The location was great: quiet, but still well connected. We especially enjoyed the good connection to Amsterdam and Hoorn. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. I felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended!
