very quiet beach for those who are afraid of water and children. supermarket, all with prices even better than near my house there is foot in the sand very nice.

A location very close to the historic center. It's easy to get around. Very well-kept and beautiful space, with everything you need to spend a few days. The garage of the residence is a little tight, not recommended for larger vehicles, but it is easy to park on the street.

We were very well received. The house provides a wonderful view and contact with nature. Good internet for work, a few minutes' drive from the historic center. Great getaway

My stay is always perfect

The apartment in Itamambuca is simply fantastic and I can recommend it with all my heart. The garden is very nice and there are many birds and also other animals such as opposition, etc. The way to the beach is very close and the equipment of the apartment is brilliant. I'm sure I'll be back.

Beautiful place. Stayed with my family and had a lot of fun. When the beach was getting too cold for us, we could always come back and enjoy the pool. We also hired Graça for cleaning and cooking. Totally recommend.

The accommodation is really a dream, very cozy, quiet. If you are looking for a place to connect with nature, this is the right place! The birds on the balcony are a spectacle of colors, the wonderful view of the forest and the sea. The trail! Everything! It's really worth it. Thank you Luiza and Pierre for the great communication. It is difficult to describe in words what the experience of staying at Casa Paraty Tropical is. The property is beautiful, an immersion in nature and with a breathtaking view, the photos cannot give the dimension of the real beauty of the place, only being there to understand. The house is so perfect that it even comes with a pet, Mexerica and Rajadinha (I don't know the name of this one) are a delight. The location is also great, in less than 10 minutes you can reach the center of Paraty. Tim's service was impeccable from start to finish, with quick and accurate responses, as well as giving great tips about the region and being hyper solicitous. We will certainly return to stay in this paradise, a place of unique energy that left us feeling renewed.

Simply incredible, nothing like waking up in front of this blue Marzão, and sleeping with noises from the waves. The condominium has a private beach, the house has everything you need, simple structure, but very cozy. Would definitely recommend 🧡

We loved our stay! The apartment is very well equipped, it was very clean, and has everything you might need for a short or long stay. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, well decorated and spacious, and the barbecue on the balcony is a great alternative for rainy days. The hosts' instructions were very clear, and check-in was super easy to do. We felt at home and left the apartment heartbroken hahaha, we will definitely want to stay here again on our next visit to Ubatuba 😊
