We stayed in Dimitrios small house for three months, and we would highly recommend anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Pythagorio to book here. Just the right size, everything we needed, clean and comfortable. A beautifully renovated stone house with a small courtyard, within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. Perfect for us!

These Larnaca apartments exceeded all our expectations! The prime beachfront location is simply stunning, with amazing views and just a few steps to the sea. But what truly made our stay was the fantastic host! Always reachable, incredibly friendly, and ready to assist with anything we needed. We felt completely at home. Can't wait to come back!

The listing exactly matches the photos. Very good location, allowing you to enjoy sunset and go to restaurants or the beach on foot. Perfect for staying in Kalamaki. Small point to note to be complete: a hot tub is very pleasant, however you must be aware that it involves pumping noises even at night. Not an inconvenience, but just to report it, because otherwise the location of the bungalow would allow absolute calm (or just the noise of the sea not far away....)

Great location and easy to find using the instructions Alex gave us. He met us there to talk through the property and general usage. This location definitely needs a car, plus there is so much to see in Cyprus that hiring a car is worth it. Lidl is 2 miles away for bits for keeping at the house. Best local food is Enalia, about 2 miles from the property, out of the house and turn left. Atmosphere, food quality and service are all amazing, huge portion sizes (I asked for half sizes, no problem). We spent a fabulous week here as 2 adult siblings and our Dad. Lovely place. We will return.

Cannot recommend this place enough! My husband and l loved staying here! Hikmet was extremely hospitable to us and made us feel very welcome in the beautiful Turkish countryside. Her neighbors invited us to eat authentic Turkish food the first night, which was so good! The cottage was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished and the views were so beautiful. I wasn't feeling well for a couple of the days that we were there and Hikmet took such good care of us. She brought me some herbal tea and soup which was so good. You won't find a better place with a more wonderful host if you’re looking for a cozy, comfortable and authentic getaway in Turkey!

This place truly feels like Heaven on Earth! The view is absolutely stunning, and if you're into jogging or long walks, there’s an 8 km well-kept coastal path right outside the door that leads to Fig Tree Beach and beyond. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes, which made cooking easy and convenient. The bathrooms are modern, spotless, and spacious—definitely a nice touch. No matter the weather, the large windows and balcony let you enjoy the scenery all day. Several beautiful beaches are nearby, with soft white sand and shallow, easy-access waters—great for relaxing or swimming. Restaurants, bars, and shops are close by, making everything super convenient. We visited in late April/early May—perfect weather and fewer tourists. My only small wish is for a way to clean the windows. One rainy day really messed them up—such a shame with that view! Still, it’s the perfect place to unplug, unwind, and recharge. We’re definitely coming back!

Vassiliki was incredibly responsive when we arrived, and he was able to confirm that the company that was supposed to rent us a car no longer existed... (it is better to go through the classic rental companies such as Hertz and Co.). We were looking for tranquility away from tourist life and that's exactly what we found.

The house is the same as in the photo, very good in terms of cleanliness and amenities. We did not have any problems, we were very satisfied. Mr. Sadık responded very quickly to all our needs and questions from the first day and immediately found a solution. He gave very good advice about the Datça region. My stay at the place went absolutely smoothly. Communication with the host was straightforward and quick. Everything was clean, well organized and exactly as described – especially the view was touchingly beautiful and a real highlight of my stay.

Staying at this cabin was an unforgettable experience. Our host met us on the difficult mountain road, sent clear video directions in advance, waited for us patiently, and personally guided us to the door—her hospitality was outstanding. Inside, we found blazing-fast Wi-Fi, a children’s TV channel that kept the kids happy, and spotless rooms with a breathtaking view from every window. The on-site food was delicious, the service was always respectful, and the big pot of traditional Turkish tea made each evening feel special. Thank you for an amazing stay—I would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine Turkish warmth. During our holiday, Mr. Emrah was very interested in everything. Whenever we needed something, he was in contact with us and was with us. Since we came without a car, he helped us with grocery shopping and all our other needs. He even did a little tour of the village with us. The place we stayed was very clean. We had a lot of fun with our friends and had a great time. We thank them for this quality holiday.

If I ever come to Sapanca again, I will stay here without hesitation. The hosts were very helpful and helped us with all kinds of help at all hours. We loved that the house was not intertwined like the houses in the other area, but isolated from the surroundings and other people. I would like to thank the hosts again.

Such a nice nest ahead of a charming village, and a great welcome from Despina ´s brother. We loved all the small attentions.

WE STAYED 4 NIGHTS AS A FAMILY DURING EID AL-ADHA. THERE ARE 2 HOUSES IN THE GARDEN LOCATED RIGHT NEXT TO DALYAN RIVER. WE STAYED IN THE HOUSE WITH A BED ON THE UPPER FLOOR. THE VIEW IS WONDERFUL, THERE ARE GARDEN SEATING GROUPS BY THE RIVER IN THE FOREST, THERE IS A BARBECUE. YOU CAN CROSS TO THE OPPOSITE SHORE OF DALYA WITH SMALL FERRIES, IZTUZU BEACH IS VERY CLOSE, YOU CAN GO BY BOAT OR BY VEHICLE. WE WERE SATISFIED AND DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. THANK YOU
