BEWARE ⚠️ You won't want to leave! We had a wonderful weekend in this house, and it was the most comfortable vacation in Georgia. Everything in the house is thought out to the smallest detail, from the air grill to the yoga mat. The area around the house is very well equipped, a campfire area, a bathhouse, everything is tastefully arranged. Alex and Diana were in touch all the time, very nice and caring people. We really enjoyed our vacation, the views and the nature. There is also a very kind and sweet dog who kept us company. Thank you very much, 🙏 we are very grateful for the rest of the soul and body

Very prompt communication with our hosts who were extremely welcoming and considerate. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It is in a very quiet area but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Very nice, she was an amazing host, very friendly, very helpful, 10/10 breakfast really made the trip worth it. Highly recommend

Pictures do not do this listing justice, what views, what a property. To top it off Nazim made us feel so welcome and constantly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable. We will not soon forget our time here and hope to visit again in the near future.

What a fantastic villa, the location is superb with the villa located directly on the beach. We stayed end March / beginning April and very rarely saw anyone else on the beach. We were looking for a place to relax and unwind and this was perfect. The villa is private but had so much to keep my teen boys occupied - a massive very clean swimming pool, ping pong table, pool table, basketball court, football, dart board and kayaks. The weather was also good enough for swimming in the sea. The check in process was very easy and the villa had everything we needed. Zacharias was easily contactable if we needed anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

This is a beautiful place to stay. It’s nestled in between peach orchards and walnut groves. From the balcony you have views of the castle and mountains in the distance. It’s incredibly private and cannot be seen from the road. The house was immaculately clean and everything was very well laid out. Kitchen had lots of equipment. The pool and jacuzzi were endlessly enjoyed and was definitely a happy place for all the family! You couldn’t want a better host in Hayrettin and Meral. They were so helpful and thoughtful! It was our daughters birthday when we were there and they came over with a cake!! They were responsive and sorted out any queries we had promptly. It was a delight to stay there and we’d love to come back soon.

We stayed an amazing 3 nights, absolutely breathtaking views and the perfect setting for 2 South Aficans who was happy to have a braai (BBQ) every evening. Both Ozguhan and Jale was a dream to communicate with and checked in with us daily to make sure we where fine or if we needed anything. Anything and everything you can think of was available to us, we didnt need to supply anything except our own food and drink. We where also welcomed with complimentary snacks and drinks. We had an Unexpected electricity outage on the last day, but dont fear when Jale is near. She organized a cozy nook for us at a local cafe where we had a wonderful Turkish breakfast and recharged before heading to the airport. I will Definitely be back !

Stamatis is extremely kind and attentive and helped make our stay special. He’d warned us not many tavernas would be open in April so we were prepared for that. An added benefit of this time of year was the wildflowers on beautiful walks. We used the AllTrails app under a free trial!

The Stone House is exactly as it appears. A perfect home to relax, swim and enjoy nearby villages and historic sites. Eleni made us feel like family.

This was a wonderful stay!!! The area is beautiful and Christina had some great suggestions about a local tavern and coffee shop right on the beach. Pictures don’t do this little house justice. We rented a car and I think that’s absolutely the way to go as there are limited options within the town itself.

We had a fantastic two nights stay at Vivi's who is a ever so positive and proactive host together with her lovely husband. She so much took care of our needs and "fed us like her children" :) The apartment is quietly situated and is a gem to all lovers of cats and dogs.

A very beautiful place in the nature . Your own yard , grill, surrounded by the forest and very close to the sea . It was possible to take bicycles and ride around the territory. The host also responded very quickly to all requests and questions.

Boyabağ is a place we've come to a lot before, but the 2 days we spent in this house are by far, incomparable to others. The house is so peaceful that we didn't want to go down to the beach most of the time. Mr. Murat is a thoughtful person who is ashamed. He is very aware that his job is not only to rent a house, but to steal the day from the city life that everyone has spent in the trumpet. He helped a lot with everything from check-in to the exit. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is very cute and has pretty much everything you need. Overall location is quite peaceful although sometimes you can hear cars and trains noise. However, bird singing was more noticeable and even woke me up at 6am😅 You miss such things living in a big city. We enjoyed chilling under the sun in the yard so so much. The latter is beautiful with palms and flower and other plants. I'd love to say special thanks to the host family for such a hospitality. We felt welcomed. I definitely recommend choosing this place.

Great accommodation, right on the beach! We had perfect swimming weather at the end of October and the beach completely to ourselves! Sidonia is very remote, in the off-season there is still 1 tavern open, you have to be aware of that! Great for relaxing and simply enjoying the beach and sea.

The cottage has a rustic feel with all the modern conveniences. We wish we could have stayed longer.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Erdal very much. Her house was a really peaceful and pleasant place. The sunset view is beautiful. In the evening you sit in the garden under silence and stars. She gave us detailed directions about the area from our entrance to the house. She was very helpful with everything, very friendly. After we made the right choice, we figured it out again.

We had a wonderful time at the house and will have many special memories. Stella is a gracious and generous host. We loved the home made cheese, wine and fresh herbs to cook with and made herbal tea every morning. House was perfect and we so enjoyed the outdoor space overlooking the sea. We had a wonderful week here. A very dreamy Mediterranean holiday. We swam every day, and enjoyed many cocktails on the sea front. Panormitis met us at the location and had sorted out our transfer from the airport. There were thoughtful generous provisions in the fridge waiting for us including wine which was great as we arrived late. The views were amazing, extremely private setting. We loved the outside bed for just looking at the stars and enjoying the view. We timed the walk from the beach and it took 4/5 minutes- welcome exercise for us after consuming too much feta cheese! We are able bodied 59 year olds who exercise, others might struggle. The walk was worth it for the views and privacy. A very easy vacation for us as Panormitis arranged the return transfer to pick us up from the house. We did not need a car for this holiday, but chose to rent one for a couple of days to explore the rest of the island. Thank you so much escpecially to Panormitis for a great vacation.

The grandmother invited us to her house and we drank Turkish coffee with them.
