This exceptionally spacious, newly renovated 3-room apartment with almost 100 m² is quiet and ideal for trade fair & Nuremberg visitors. 2 bedrooms, a large living/dining area and private garden offer plenty of space - even for families. For guests with a car, 2 covered parking spaces are available. The trade fair can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. At the same time, the apartment is very close to the S-Bahn station, so that Nuremberg city center can be reached quickly and without searching for a parking space.

The property is located in a beautiful and green environment in an apartment building. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the advantages of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Convenient location, quiet residential area, 50 m to the bus stop, 10 min to the S-Bahn stop on foot. Exhibition centre/city centre can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car or public transport. Right next door: butcher/inn, bakery, pizzeria, bank, pharmacy, Aldi, stationery/lottery.

The apartment is very central – in a short time you can reach Nuremberg, Fürth or Erlangen. The subway station is about 200 m away. The apartment is fully furnished and has two bedrooms. In the living room (with projector) and in the bedroom (with TV) you can relax and watch TV ☺️ Since I live in the apartment myself, there are personal items in cabinets, drawers, on the walls. However, I will set up enough free compartments for you - I hope that is okay with you 😊

You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.
