Fantastic 2-room vacation room with private bathroom and chic outdoor kitchen on the guest terrace. Close to Rothsee & Brombachsee in the middle of the Franconian Lake District. Incl. chic sauna lodge with relaxation room on the former horse paddock (for a fee). Perfect for 2–3 people in a charming old farmhouse, about 10 minutes to the A9 and 25 minutes to the Nuremberg trade fair grounds. We ourselves also live here in this house, but we always strive for discretion and mutual respect for privacy ♥️

The property is located in a beautiful and green environment in an apartment building. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the advantages of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Convenient location, quiet residential area, 50 m to the bus stop, 10 min to the S-Bahn stop on foot. Exhibition centre/city centre can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car or public transport. There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.

Our apartment was completely renovated in 2025. It is centrally located in Allersberg. The outdoor pool is a 5-minute walk away, as well as a bakery, butcher and a grocery store. We offer a total of 5 sleeping places divided into 3 rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, plates, pots, pans, filter coffee maker, kettle, stove, etc. There is a bathtub with shower in the bathroom.

The solid garden shed is a separate accommodation [approx. 19 sqm] with toilet and sink, close to nature in our garden behind the house, for up to 3 people.; Baby travel cot on request. Kettle, instant coffee and tea are available. Bed linen and towels are provided. NO shower, NO kitchen! There are 2 more guest rooms in the house. There is also a guest bathroom there.
