Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Middlesex County

We stayed one night in this brand new lower level suite. It is located in a large community that is still expanding, but this home is at the very back of the community, so other than arriving or leaving, you don’t even know. It is a small space that is perfectly clean, all new furnishings and totally quiet. We heard a few footsteps early evening and nothing more, very rare for a lower unit! There is a full kitchen and full bathroom. It was a perfect place to stay when we were in London for a visit and we will absolutely try to book here for our next visit.

The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is off-street parking and a beautiful enclosed patio with a gas barbecue grill. Nice area to have a cook out or read and relax. Just be sure to pull your car up as far up as possible in order not to block the sidewalk. The cops may give you a ticket if you block the sidewalk. There are some nice and run down areas within the vicinity. We personally don't like going to downtown venues because of the lack of parking. The East Side Tavern has live bands on Fridays & Saturdays. We heard 80's Gone wild. Their voices were not great. it's hard to believe the house was once a garage because it is modern and well layed out. Brady & Cindy are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend their place. It is a good value for the money.

Wally and Audrey have a great property here. It's spacious, very nicely decorated and lives up to everything promised in the listing. There were some very gracious touches like the welcome cookies and drinks. It was exactly what we hoped it would be. We'd certainly make it a first choice for our next visit to London.

Great place to stay for a weekend

James was excellent as a host and we felt home for the entire period. Everything was seamlessly coordinated through messages. Always accommodative of requests and supportive. The rooms were exactly how it is depicted in photos . Overall it was great experience

Hans and Sabina were friendly and easy to communicate with. Place was as described, clean, great location close to university.

We enjoyed our stay at Mathew's place. It was spacious and cozy. Everything was provided, which made our stay great. They were also fast in responding.

I just spend 1 month in Koye place and it was just perfect. I highly recommend it if you planning to stay few days or weeks in the London-Woodstock area. Located at few minutes drive from the 401 and Ingersoll downtown make it the perfect location in a very safe neighborhood. The unit is very clean, comfortable and peaceful, you have an entire basement with kitchenette (induction stove, microwave & large fridge, very convenient), few gym equipment and a large living room with flat screen TV & really good internet. For me what makes this rare find even more special is the kindness of Koye (the host), he just makes you feel right at home.

It was a pleasure staying at this location. The building is charming and the rooms are. The hosts are really nice. I was not at all expecting this, but the host went out of their way to designate a parking spot for me so that I could charge my electric vehicle. It was 110 V outlet which was enough for how little I drove. There is a Tesla supercharger less than a kilometre away plus other chargers.

Good deal for what it was. Large bed. There is a mini fridge the host offered to store some food. Nice cold space.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic; one block from the main street. We stayed there over the Christmas holidays and I was worried that the apartment might feel a little cold because it is an older building but that wasn't an issue at all. The apartment was warm and welcoming and very nicely decorated. Also, the classiest foosball table I have ever seen. I would definitely stay here again.

Sam is always quick to respond to any questions you might have! This is our second time staying here. I made a few suggestions as the first time this was a newer listing. He actually put my suggestions into action! Very clean and comfortable beds and furniture!! Highly recommend!!! I will definitely be going back again in the future!!
