This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Cath and Phil really couldn't be more amazing hosts! Thankyou so so much for letting us use your amazing home for my mums hen party!! The house was immaculate, super spacious, set up for a full party and was just honestly incredible. More than I ever imagined!! We made great use of the huge kitchen, dining room, pool room, garden area, living room and much more. I couldn't recommend this house enough for a hen do! Anything you need cath and Phil will be there to help you. Absolutely perfect. Thankyou again cath and Phil, the memories we will cherish forever xxxxx

Wow what an amazing property, just wish I could have stayed longer. Home from home with more. Comfortable bed/s great quality including bedding and towels of luxury quality. Thoughtful touches on arrival. Local amenities, plenty of restaurants/pubs walking distance. Beautiful local reservoir walks, plenty to do and see. Spa was an amazing added bonus to enjoy your stay with full relaxation under the stars and after a long walk. Will definitely stay again and have recommended to my family and friends already. One of those weekend breaks that you don't want to end. Thanks for everything.

The property and the location was absolutely amazing , me and my friends have made some amazing memories there. The property felt luxurious and there were soo many personalised gifts for us upon arrival which were much appreciated. the host was very responsive whenever we had any questions I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a country escape and I know I want to go back in the future.

Lovely stay, the farm was beautiful and the animal feeding was the highlight of our childrens’ stay. Pool was great, super clean everywhere, and they provided maps of local walks which we utilised too. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

We stayed for 2 nights at Delanie's property to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. The house and it's facilities are amazing. The pool Hot Tub and bar area really make this an amazing place to celebrate birthday's and the like. Warm welcome and a great hamper upon check in and always on hand for any issues. Highly recommend this place if your looking for a luxury break away. Will be looking to return in the future.

A gorgeous weekend at the Hobbit House for our 10th wedding anniversary. From our arrival until we (sadly) departed, both Michael and Barbara were so attentive, accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Michael gave us a fab tour around the hobbit house pointing out everything we needed to know and then took us over to see the pool, ‘The Hut’ and around the stunning gardens. It's such a beautiful setting. Barabara kindly gave us a couple of mini Proseccos for our anniversary celebrations, such a lovely lady. The attention to detail in the house was 10/10 amazing. The building itself is super modern, from the smartplugs next to the bed and on the floor in between the lazy chairs, to the integrated blinds in all windows (including the sky light) and underfloor heating. The outside living roof beautifully blends in with the environment. They’ve literally thought of everything here. The decor was beautiful and cupboards generously stocked. We didn’t want to leave. We had a wonderful few days at Winkley Hall Farm. Fantastic property in a wonderful, peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing, long weekend break. Our communication with our hosts was great from the moment we booked, to arrival and throughout our stay. And the lovely welcome gift was an added surprise and greatly appreciated! We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property, and will look to return at some point in the future.

Place was comfy and clean

Our stay at Olivia's was great. The house has all the amenities you could need and excellent condition. The rooms were spotless. Olivia was helpful throughout. Definitely will stay here again when I'm back.

A wonderful modern townhouse with everything you could need plus great location for town centre restaurants and quick access to the tram. Lynsey was very responsive and provided very clear instructions and recommendations for anything we needed.

Very nice place with lots of spaces, had a great time to stay

The house was extremely clean, with access to all things that you may need whilst staying there. There were clear instructions on what to do with rubbish and bin days etc. Eva was very good at communicating and check in and check out was easy. The location of the house wasn’t quiet, lots going on in the estate and the other estates too. The neighbour must have an issue with their front door because it was slammed- a lot. Apart from that the stay was brilliant. The house was clean, light, not cluttered. The beds and pillows were comfy and we really enjoyed our stay.

we stayed in Jo's place to visit Manchester with my family. the place was located in Salford quays and within walking distance to the tram station. It was also clean and tidy, and was big enough for the family.

The cottage was charming, impeccably presented and very comfortable. Everything has been carefully planned with the interest and convenience of guests in mind. The hosts were proactive, attentive and responsive. I couldn't fault it.

A great little house which is very comfortable and cosy. Had a lovely couple of days there and Jackie was great. Lovely and quiet. Would certainly go back and recommend to others.
