Beautiful & peaceful retreat away from the rat race of every day life. Really friendly hosts greeted us on arrival and gave us advice on local area. Tranquil setting would definately stay again if in the local area. Thankyou for having us.

First holiday as a family with four adults and three dogs. Absolutely amazing experience! Both Dawn and Tony were gracious and lovely hosts, the caravan was exactly as described with two toilets and a shower inside, as well as two bedrooms and a double sofa bed! The kitchen had plenty of amenities including a fridge, air fryer, coffee machine, microwave, oven and hob. Fresh laid eggs and home made bread were also provided and were absolutely delicious! There was decking outside which was secluded and meant the dogs had space to play with lots of outdoor seating and a picnic bench! The area was also fantastic, quiet and a hidden gem in the picturesque countryside with both Holy Island and the Scottish Border a twenty minute drive away. Highly recommend! Couldn't have asked for a better time.

Max was a gem. He was very helpful and answered text messages to questions almost immediately. He gave suggestions, but this guard house was amazing! We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Great location to get all the family together, plenty of space and everything we needed in the house. Lovely outdoor area and great area for walking. Our second time visiting and likely to visit again.
