My space is very roomy and comfortable with blinds and entry door that brings in a lot of light when opened. The patio has seating for two for evening relaxation. The patio is shaded in the evening, and you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises behind the trees in the morning. Beautiful landscape and vegetable garden to view along with the wall of trees at the back. ROKU TV, Netflix and HBO for entertainment. Kitchen appliances for basic needs.

This was the perfect place for a girl's weekend! The historic home is beautiful, exactly as pictured. We loved the location. There are restaurants, shops, and cafes a few blocks from the house. Carla was extremely helpful and communicative. She had great recommendations for the area. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

I can’t say enough about what a great place this was to stay. It was PERFECT for us. The home was very comfortable and spotless. Donna was amazing, answered all of our questions, went above and beyond for us. SUPER helpful and friendly! I would 100% recommend staying here and will definitely be using this house again when we go back!

Peaceful Midland Cottage- Near Parks, Golf & Shops

Decent location. Yard could be better maintained. Large interior with plenty of room. Kitchen is nicely appointed but with minimal utensils and drink ware. Master bathroom needed to have the bath rugs washed and fresh for use by a new guest. They were not fresh. Master closet was very roomy but only a few hangers. Newer, more updated furnishings would make this a 5-star across the board. The flooring and trim were aged and showed wear. Otherwise it was comfortable and worked for our limited time there.
