Omschrijving Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is gevestigd in Oostwoud in het hart van Westfriesland. Het is een cottage-achtige woning gelegen achter ons glasatelier in de diepe tuin aan het water. Het is te huur als B&B maar ook als vakantiewoning voor een langere periode. Er is o.a. een Grand Cafe De Post om de hoek waar heerlijk gegeten kan worden en een pizza eettentje Giovanni Midwoud die ook bezorgd. Er is tegen betaling een motorbootje aanwezig. Very complete, including 2 complimentary bicycles and a Chromecast for rainy days. Interesting for you to know is that we blok 2-3 weeks every year in order to do maintenance on the house. Guarantee of cleanliness and comfort for you. From 2022-23 nature park is the city beach promenade available only 3-4 minutes walk from the house.

The rest of the boat is a shop with sailing / marine equipment and a bunker station. The entrance is due to the age of the ship a small steep stair, keep that in mind. The surrounding is a lively harbor with sail-ships and cruise-ships. There is a parking available for €5 - a night very closeby. So enjoy the sound and movements of the water!

Op nog geen 9 minuten loopafstand van de Hoornse binnenstad vind je ons volledig gerenoveerde Huysje aan de Laan. Het appartement is gelijkvloers en is voorzien van een moderne kitchenette met kookbenodigdheden, zit-gedeelte met televisie, tweepersoonsbed en badkamer. Een stukje buiten en eigen parkeerplek; all in the deal. Op aanvraag kan een campingbedje en/of de slaapbank worden gebruikt.

Inge und ihr Mann sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Sie waren bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Toll war auch, dass Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen waren und wir Fahrräder kostenlos nutzen hätten können. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank! :)

We had a lovely 8 night stay in this cozy cottage by the canal. The bed was comfy, the place was peaceful, and Noortje was a kind host who even gave us fresh eggs from her chickens. There was some parking lot construction early on and occasional activity from the business next door, but nothing major. Just a heads-up: check-in and check-out were in person (not self-service), and there was a tourist tax to be paid in cash at the end, which wasn’t mentioned upfront in the listing. Overall, a great spot for a quiet getaway.

Meine Familie und ich waren 5 Tage bei Linda's b&b zu Besuch. Die Unterkunft sah genau wie auf den Bildern aus sehr schön sauber und ruhig. Für meine Tochter und meinen Sohn war alles da es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Linda war such so nett und hat mir mit der Suche einer Apotheke geholfen als mein Sphn krank wurde. Also rundherum waren wir wirklich glücklich und würden wieder kommen.

El alojamiento ha sido una de las mejores decisiones que hemos tomado para viajar. Pequeño pero súper acogedor, hemos sido 3 personas pero podíamos haber sido 4 sin problema. Reint y Lena son unos anfitriones excelentes, y nos dejaron la casa muy preparada para la llegada. Agradecido por todo. 10/10.

Logement (cottage) remarquable par son emplacement au calme et par sa décoration authentique et avec beaucoup de goût, d’une (vraie) maison campagnarde néerlandaise ! Belle vue depuis la cuisine / salle à manger sur la campagne, dans le jardins de nombreux oiseaux. Carina est une personne très efficace et très discrète. Nous recommandons cette jolie maison très chaudement, nous y avons passés 1 semaine formidable. Bonne option aussi pour visiter le pays, rien n’est vraiment loin. De plus la petite ville historique de Hoorn est charmante, et il y a 3 supermarchés et de nombreux commerces, bars, restaurants à seulement 12 Km. Nous reviendrons dès que possible… Didier & Yency

We had a wonderful week at Theo & Ageeth’s property. They were very welcoming and had plenty of ideas for local trips to check out the sights. The bed is extremely comfortable, add to that the quiet surroundings, and we slept very well. The kitchen is well equipped and has most everything you need to prepare your own meals. While there is no oven the microwave does double duty. The apartment has a wonderful outlook to their beautifully manicured garden. We used their bikes to discover the local area which is also very beautiful with spring tulips and flowers. Highly recommended.
