Philippe and Pemmy will be delighted to host you in an independent maisonette (next to their residence) on the edge of the forest in the small hamlet of Ossat, nestled above Marignier, and at the foot of the Môle. Nearby you will find many hikes, via ferrata, canyoning, rafting, mountain biking... and you will be close to the ski resorts: Grand Massif 25', Porte du Soleil 30', Praz de Lys/Sommand 30', Les Brasses 25', Chamonix 50'. Geneva and Annecy are less than an hour away.

In an authentic renovated Savoyard farmhouse, we offer a comfortable 54 m2 3*** rated apartment. Independent access, parking for 2 vehicles, terrace and lawn area. South-facing, unobstructed view of the mountains. Our central location between Taninges and Mieussy is a good base for skiing (resorts between 15 and 25 km), hiking and sightseeing. Philippe, who is a high mountain guide, can recommend routes. Sheets and towels provided, beds made.

The Playhouse

Our maisonette is perfect for a cocooning stay. We live in the neighboring house with my partner and our little boy Oscar. We will be happy to host you and share this beautiful corner of nature with you. We remain available if needed, while letting you fully enjoy your independence and the tranquility of the place. Access to the maisonette can be difficult for people with reduced mobility, who are injured or have difficulty walking on a slope.

Ideally located 15 minutes from the ski resorts (Les Gets, Le Grand Massif, Praz de Lys), various activities (hiking, tree climbing, swimming pools, rafting, via ferrata, mountain biking...) as well as 50 minutes from the cities (Annecy, Chamonix, Geneva).

My apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator access in the historic old town of Taninges. It was refurbished in 2021. All shops are within walking distance: bakeries, supermarket, organic store, health center, etc. Taninges is located close to the ski resorts of Praz-de-Lys, Les Gets Portes du Soleil, and Morillon Grand Massif. In winter, a shuttle a 2-minute walk from the apartment will take you to Praz-de-Lys.
