In the village of Niaux at the foot of the eponymous prehistoric cave. 1700 m2 of land, river access, hiking trails. Restaurant 100 m away, Tarascon 3 km away with all amenities. Val de Sos offers an ideal setting to discover the Pyrenees on foot, by bike, mountain bike, canyoning, rafting or by car for the less athletic!

Charming 18th century village house, recently renovated, located in the heart of the Vicdessos valley, with views of the mountains. Garden and terraces. Pool table in the living room. Numerous activities nearby: hiking, fishing, canyoning, canoeing, kayaking, rafting, climbing, tree climbing, via ferrata, skiing, snowshoeing, thermal baths, caves, etc... The house has 3 bedrooms and offers the possibility of 10 beds. Possibility of adding 1 folding bed for children and a baby cot.

Little modular studio - private entrance & garden

Little cocoon in the Montains ! The interior space is small, however it adaptable and arranged with great care. It is completed by a pleasant patio at your doorstep, with brasero and BBQ (equipment provided), the whole space is entirely private ! The studio is fully equipped (kitchenette and bathroom), bedding, towels and cleaning are included. The entrance is direct from the garden. The thick walls leave the studio cool in the summer, just keep the door and windows shut.

The cottage is located in a very quiet area at the foot of the Beille plateau (cross-country skiing and hiking), 500 m from the center of Les Cabannes (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant...), 40 km from Pas de la Case, 15 km from Ax-les-Thermes (ski resort and thermal baths). House freshly renovated by us; on the ground floor a large open room with fully equipped kitchen, upstairs two pretty bedrooms, one with views of the Quié de Sinsat and a brand new bathroom.
