This modern contemporary villa is situated in a quiet & secure community, set in a secure private walled garden with lush planting and fruit trees. Private pool, parking as well electrical gate opener to property. Large BBQ kitchen with party area and wine fridge, as well as a cook-top. 4 x sunbeds for outside sun tanning or relaxing in the shadow. Outside loungers, completely walled in private garden with extensive terraces with sea views. In the center of the property you will find a romantic Andalusian garden, as well as there is a nice kitchen garden surrounded with fruit trees.
