Το Διαμέρισμα είναι δίχωρο (48 τ.μ.), φιλοξενεί μέχρι 4 άτομα, με κουζίνα και μπάνιο με μπανιέρα. Βρίσκεται στον 2ο όροφο του κτιρίου και ανήκει σε συγκρότημα διαμερισμάτων (ΔΕΝ υπάρχει ασανσέρ). Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι και βλέπει απέναντι άλλο κτίριο, ενώ από το πλάι αριστερά βλέπει θάλασσα και δεξιά κτήμα με ελαιόδεντρα. Η πρόσβαση γίνεται είτε από την πυλωτή του κτιρίου (Parking), από τις σκάλες, είτε από τη ράμπα εισόδου στην πρόσοψη του κτιρίου και κατόπιν με σκάλες για τον 2ο όροφο.

It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. The house is located in K.Verga which is about 4km from the nearest beach and 9km. from the center of Kalamata. The facilities are the ones of a modern house. The balcony provides an amazing view of Messinian bay. It's also surrounded by a big garden, which has historical interest as there used to be a threshing floor aged 300 years. The sunset from the balcony with a glass of wine is a unique experience that one has to experience as highly recommended!
