The Studio (26 sq.m.) is for 2 people, has kitchen and bathroom with shower. It is located on the 2nd floor of the building and belongs to an apartment complex (there is NO elevator). It has a private balcony and overlooks another building opposite, while on the side left overlooks the sea and right estate with olive trees. Access is either from the flats of the building (Parking), the stairs, or from the entrance ramp to the front of the building and then with stairs to the 2nd floor.

It is located on the coastal road in the area of Mikri Mantineia Kalamata that separates us from a blue flag-winning beach.
