Holiday houses in Mikromani

In dieser hochwertigen Villa waren wir für neun Nächte und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das recht neue Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Große Räume, eine Terasse mit tollem Meerblick und viel Ruhe. Man ist auf der Anhöhe komplett privat und kann die Ruhe genießen. Umgeben von vielen Olivenbäumen wohnt man praktisch mitten in der Natur. Einzig die Zufahrt zum Haus ist für den normalen Straßenfahrer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es vom Meer hoch zum Grundstück doch recht steil bergauf geht. Da aber praktisch kein Verkehr herrscht, kann man ganz entspannt und langsam hoch- bzw. runterfahren. In der Umgebung gibt es fantastische Strände (meisten mit Steinen) und nach Kalamata selbst fährt man ca. eine 1/2 Stunde mit dem Auto. Wer also Ruhe sucht und in einem modernen Haus mit viel Platz urlauben möchte, dem sei dieses Anwesen sehr zu empfehlen.

Spacious house with two bedrooms and a huge open space kitchen/living room. Also very large patio outside, with a well-kept lawn (all spaces where very well kept). Rooms were comfortable, with their own A/C plus an additional unit in the living room. Bathroom with tub/shower combo (no top shower sadly, only hand shower head), with the washing machine being located there as well. A note regarding the coffee maker: it's a Nestle Dolce Gusto, not a Nespresso, so make sure you have the right kind of capsules. Olga and her brother were extremely helpful throughout (including fishing out a kitten from entrails of our car) and the house was stocked with all the ammenities. The description and photos are spot on, so no need for repetition. The house is located in a small village, close to the main Kalamata road, but a car is advised. All and all, very enjoyable stay and would return without a doubt.

The place and the cottage were perfect! We had the whole beach almost to ourselves and the sea was marvellous. The cottage, the garden and the terrace are even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. It's super clean and has everything you need - perfectly equipped. Spiros made us feel so welcome, it was so nice to meet him, such a friendly and warm person! He also gave us lots of tips for excursions, activities and restaurants and also recommended two great fish shops when we asked. We wanted to see a lot more in the area, but we just liked the place so much that we just relaxed a lot and enjoyed living there. Thank you so much, Spiros! We are hoping to see you again!

Chalet parfaitement situé pour ceux et celles qui veulent rayonner entre 80 et 120 km ( environ ) autour, pour joindre 4 des principaux sites et villages archéologique; De Mystras à Olympie ... Ambiance montagne et calme assuré à 638m d'altitude ; ce chalet dispose d'un équipement ménager exceptionnel, à goûter sans modération et avec délice, bref, un père et son fils très satisfait de leur séjour de 10 jours; Merci Sarantos de nous avoir confié cette résidence. Οι οικοδεσποτες πολύ ευγενικό και διακριτικοι. Το διαμέρισμα είναι καινούργιο και έχει ότι χρειαστεί. Και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο φαρμακείο. Ήσυχη γειτονιά 9λεπτα από το κέντρο. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημενοι

We had a wonderful stay! The owners were very welcoming, the house was as described and we especially loved the shaded terrace with view across the olive groves! to sit there in peace and quiet, reading a book with a setting sun, was like paradise

The place was very clean and tidy. The location was quite convenient, with a pharmacy and supermarket nearby. It was great that it wasn't crowded like a typical tourist area. Our host was incredibly friendly and even offered to help us figure out how to book tickets for a tourist attraction we were visiting the next day.

Magnifique maison, très joliment décorée, très confortable et située dans une jardin bien fleuri entouré d’oliviers. Le tout, situé dans une région dont les plages ont des eaux cristallines et dont les restaurants sont tous meilleurs les uns que les autres. Seul petit bémol : la climatisation qui n’est pas très efficace en cas de forte chaleur. Tout le reste y était parfait, ainsi que l’accueil et la réactivité de Mani Holidays, gestionnaires de cette maison.
