Great spot, prime place for a concert on the hoe!

A very beautiful modern, spacious and comfortable apartment. It has everything you could need. It’s within easy walking distance to both city centre and the lovely Hoe and the Barbican area. Check in instructions were easy and nice having the underground garage parking space. The lift was an added bonus as was the balcony the full length of the apartment with sliding doors from both bedrooms and lounge. James was super helpful and very responsive. Had an absolutely fantastic stay and highly recommend this apartment and am hoping to return.

An immaculately presented apartment and attentive yet not intrusive host. Everything was paid perfect attention to, family friendly yet modern, clean and cared for. In walking distance to everything in Plymouth, parking on the doorstep. It’s rare to find an air bnb that goes above and beyond but we truly felt like this one did. We would highly recommend.

Booked this Airbnb for a group of colleagues working in the area, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was excellent—convenient, close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the entire process, and check-in was incredibly easy and hassle-free.
