The house can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The living area is open and sunny with a big kitchen. There is plenty of parking for recreational trailers. Clean and cozy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 30 miles away from Baxter State Park. It's just a few blocks away from the snowmobile and atv trails and only a couple of miles off I-95. I cannot accept pets at this time, including service animals. I have an exemption for this because of my severe allergies to cats and dogs.

Two bedroom second floor apartment! Chalkboard wall, two tv’s with Netflix & Hulu access, high speed internet! Owner occupied building. Street next to downtown, hiking trails, and snowmobile trails! We are not near a lake, no idea why airbnb did that and can not change it. We are near a river that many take kayaks and canoes out onto.

This was one of the best places I have stayed for vacation!!!!! The cottage was fabulous with everything we could need, even things I didn't know I needed until I did. The views were gorgeous, Peggy and her husband are amazing, helpful, and welcoming! I absolutely recommend staying here!

Kevin and Cathy's place is spotlessly clean and in a pristine and serene setting. Great location on the lake with views of sunsets and sunrises. The kitchen and baths appear to be renovated and are in spotless condition with lots of supplies. We really didn't need a thing. There was never a need to reach out because instructions and pre-checkin in communications had already answered everything. We didn't use any of the many kayaks (a bit too chilly) but we did enjoy the firepit. We like the layout, with bedrooms on the top floor and living space downstairs - adults could sleep in while kids were free to have breakfast and play downstairs. I can't think of anything to add or change about this lodging. It was a wonderful visit.

This place was everything we were looking for: lovely setting, easy access to all the parks in the area, immaculate cabin and, if you have children to entertain, many fun games on the property. We were impressed by the outdoor area for grilling. The decor is "wilderness Maine", which was very fitting and fun! We enjoyed hiking in the Katahdin Woods and Waters Memorial, Baxter State Park and Penobscot River Trails...a lot of activity for a 2.5 day stay, yet still didn't get to all we could have done, like kayaking and biking. Great place to stay and we highly recommend it!
