Beachfront holiday rental in Milos

From the minute I met the hosts at the ferry port I knew this vacation was going to be special! They are both so warm and welcoming and I now have new friends for life. The home was the ideal place that I dreamed of...it overlooks the Aegean Sea, just 10 minutes outside of the port city, close to a grocery market and numerous beaches. The sunset right from the porch or from the shore is heavenly and different every night. There's a path down the cliffside right to the water. The home itself is exactly as it appears in the description and the pictures. I absolutely plan to visit here again as this home is exactly the relaxing environment I was hoping for. I highly recommend it!

Beach is directly outside your door! Quiet and peaceful yet easy to walk into town for wonderful restaurants (souvlaki, gyro, pizza, fresh seafood, gelato), a market and a pharmacy too. Sheltered from the north winds. Swim directly outside your door. Only thing we didn’t like is it’s hard to not travel sand inside. There is a hose to wash feet but It is also kept inside the door. Lovely stay and amazing surroundings!

We had a lovely time at Simos' place. The apartment is very functional and above all ideally located, literally 30 m from the beach and 100 m from all amenities (convenience stores, restaurants). And what about the setting, except that it's beautiful. Vathi Bay is truly a charming and peaceful place 😍

Beautiful place in Mandrakia right by the water! Rented an ATV with help from the host and we were able to travel around the island very easily! Highly recommend!

I cannot describe how peaceful this place is. We feel so lucky to have experienced this sanctuary! Leo is unbelievably accommodating, like no other host we’ve had - he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and relaxed. The place is beautifully positioned and equipped and it’s the perfect place to be still and quiet and unwind. We visited for the first few nights of our honeymoon and it was complete perfection. We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was absolutely perfect! The villa is well equipped with everything you need for a week-long stay (or longer), and situated very close to shops in Lavrio for groceries. Waking up everyday to the beautiful sunrise over the sea with mountains in view was amazing. We were able to very comfortably fit our whole family here without any issues and there was still more space we could have used for additional people if needed. We definitely plan to come back here for more family vacations.

The space is chic, thoughtfully designed, and perfect for sharing as both bedrooms are exactly the same. There are plenty of sinks, ample storage, and high-end finishes throughout. The cleaning crew is reliable and thorough. The pool and the long, live-edge wooden outdoor dining table made it a wonderful indoor/outdoor experience. Check in was easy as pie. If i built a house on this island i would use the architects and designers who worked on this dwelling: it was the best living space i saw in greece… and I’m a design snob. Highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this villa was something special. The architecture is stunning—modern yet warm, with every detail carefully considered. Expansive glass doors blur the line between indoors and out.The centerpiece, though, is undeniably the infinity pool. It offers an uninterrupted view of the ocean. Amazing sunset. Nice outdoor furniture. The interior design complements the setting perfectly: minimalist yet luxurious and an earthy palette. The bedrooms have own bathrooms and most of them also doors to the garden. Ideal for anyone seeking peace, beauty, and a bit of architectural inspiration. Location-wise, it's equally exceptional. A short walk brings you to a beautiful beach (5 min). In the other direction you find lively fishing village, home to about 20 traditional tavernas. Great thanks also to Sonia (taking care of the house) for all good recommendations and for helping us with rening motorbikes.

We had a fabulous stay at Nasos’s villa! Everything we needed for a peaceful, adult family holiday was provided from start to finish. The setting was quiet, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing, a perfect escape if you’re looking to get away from it all. We hardly even felt the need to visit the beach because the pool and outdoor space were so inviting. The hammock was especially popular. We also appreciated the thoughtful little treats left for us by the housekeepers upon arrival, such a warm welcome! Nasos was a fantastic host. He personally dropped off grocery essentials at the start of our stay and was attentive and helpful throughout, even assisting us with arranging transfers from Athens since we chose not to rent a car. Thank you so much, Nasos—it was truly lovely to meet you. We’d be more than happy to stay again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Nasos!

We had the most amazing stay at the villa, it was beautiful, private, clean, and just the perfect place for a getaway. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and more… including BIDETS! Aegli went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. Thank you so much, Aegli. Would give this place 10/5 stars if we could. We will definitely be back!!

We stayed a week and enjoyed our time at Thanos's house thoroughly. The house is older but has everything you need and the outdoor area with pool was a lifesaver on the hot days. The house is in a mountainous area and car is necessary to get around. Thanos was very responsive and had great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Excellent experience & amazing view and peaceful area. The host was very friendly, communication was very good and they were very understanding as I had my bridal preparation there. Definitely recommended!

Let me start by saying that Foteini is one of the best host and one of the sweetest person I've ever met. From the moment the gate opens, your jaw drops in awe. The villa is spotless, and the view is spectacular. Very private, this is the perfect place to relax!

It’s hard to decide which is nicer: the apartment, the sea views or the owners. All are excellent. We were staggered at how lavishly Artemis had laid on groceries for us for when we arrived. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean and well appointed. The AC units in every room work really well, and the netting on the windows kept unwanted bugs to a minimum. The pool is kept spotlessly clean as a matter of honour and (warranted) pride by Illyrios. The showers in the bathrooms are powerful and have plenty of hot water. The fridge-freezer is spacious and works well, as do the other quality appliances such as washing machine, kettle and microwave. The views are soothing and the area quiet. The hosts live downstairs and are very respectful of guests’ privacy whilst at the same time being available to give help or any extras you might want in the kitchen. The beds are comfy and the linen spotless. Location is great if you have a car. Don’t give it a second thought: just come!

wonderful! we loved staying here. definitely need a car to get there but had easy instructions which made it easy! aggeliki gave us a map of her local recommendations which was lovely. she was so very kind and we felt right at home. would definitely recommend!

HIGHLY recommend this stay!! A short walk into town where the restaurants are, and there are so many great options! The view is incredible, just like the photos. The pillows/bed were the most comfortable we had in all our Airbnbs/hotels on our trip (5 total). Dimitris was the host that met us for check in and check out, he was so nice and informative, and available for whatever we needed throughout our stay. Communication, check in, and check out were so easy. If we ever find ourselves traveling back to Milos, we would stay again!

An isolated and ultra peaceful place probably because it was just before the big tourist season, so we were alone and it was appreciable. The small beach and the space at the foot of the accommodation allow you to enjoy the entire place and live independently in peace with a beautiful decor. The cats are insistent, but they add to the charm. The place has lots of charm. It's a great place! It is more of a local business than a family establishment so the reception is a little different but very professional and responsive. We had a great time.

Our stay here was awesome. This place is a secluded in a tiny fishing village away from any kind of foot or car traffic. Not really walking distance to anything but you need to rent a car to get to the property anyways so it was an issue. The cove this house is in is super peaceful and is a great place to take in the sunset. The day beds inside the house are perfect place to lounge with the doors open watching the ocean and feeling the breeze. The only issue we had here was our shower drain backing up. It flooded the bathroom and spilled out into the living room a bit. We cleaned up what we could and reached out to Maria. We had a sailboat cruise scheduled that morning so couldn’t stick around. Maria reached out to the home owner and when we returned from our cruise the drain was fixed and the house was cleaned with new towels delivered to us and our refrigerator was restocked.

The location of the house was great. The house is better than the pictures trust me. Thank you. It was a lovely stay.

Tamilas' place is a like a small, private paradise. It is right in front of the sea amid a former fisherman's cove. You can jump into the ocean at any time while being conveniently located only 10 mins walking to the main village. It is exellently located for those that don't have a car. The room is very cute and has everything that you need, including a fridge with fruit and water, a coffee maker and cuttlery. Tamila is lovely and caiters to your every need. She even took us to a local beach to swim and to watch a greek movie. This is the nicest accommodation we have been to in Greece - would go back in a heartbeat.
