It is in walking distance from the port, near the restaurants, the shops and all other services. Only a few meters away from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood and offers parking space. Because of its position its can also become your starting point to exlpore the island of Milos.

Traditional Waterfront House

Our traditional cycladic house is a hundred years old and used to be a summer retreat for our family..It is located on the seafront in the picturesque fishing village of Mandrakia on the North coast of the island.Our home is sitting right on the water's edge. and therefor has a panoramic seaview .From our veranda you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and have direct access to the water.You walk out the front door,go down a staircase into the sea for snorkeling or swimming.

The windmill in Milos' port

Experience the charm of Milos Island from the unique vantage point of our traditional windmill, nestled in the heart of Adamas, the island's port. Dating back to the 19th century, this meticulously renovated windmill offers a one-of-a-kind retreat. Spread across two floors, the windmill features a cozy living room on the ground floor & a comfortable bedroom with an attached WC on the upper floor. Step outside and be greeted by breathtaking panoramic views of the gulf of Adamas.

Joys Apartment

The people in the neighborhood are quiet and polite. Around the apartment, there are cobblestone streets and beautiful alleys connected with the port of Adamantas. "Joys" is in the center of the port, having a cozy and warm atmosphere that will make you relax. In a short walk you will discover the beach, restaurants and café. You will also find taxi, bus station and ATMs. The apartment is located in front of the Ecclesiastical Museum of Milos, having a view of Adamantas.

Blue Sea House

It consists of two levels. The lower floor has two sofas that can accommodate two persons, a fully organized kitchen, a dining table, and a small w.c. The internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two rooms that contain a double bed, two single beds, a toilet, a shower and a balcony with a wonderful view. There is a nice restaurant 250 meters from the house and some really interesting walk paths that lead you to a variety of destinations.

Aunties House - Cycladic with Elevated Seaview

Auntie's House is a studio, part of a traditional Cycladic house with an elevated view of the seaport of Adamas, built by Cretan refugees in 1860. It has since undergone significant improvements, with all modern conveniences such as electricity, running water, a modern-day toilet, and a kitchen. It still maintains its Cycladic character, with high ceilings and a sturdy, wooden roof. It is ideal for 2 people.

Το παραδοσιακό σπίτι μας βρίσκεται στο χωρίο του Αδάμα(λιμάνι).Η διαρρύθμιση του χώρου είναι ιδανική για χαλάρωση και ηρεμία!Τα χρώματα στο εσωτερικό του σπιτιού παραπέμπουν στην κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική και σε κάνουν να νιώθεις ως μόνιμος κάτοικος του νησιού!Ενώ υπάρχει η δυνατότητα πολύ εύκολα να βρεθείς στην αγορά του νησιού(supermarkets,restaurants ,souvenir shops).

Manolis And Filio Home -By The Sea

Μanolis and filio home by the sea is on the first floor while on the ground floor there is another independent home (belongs to another owner) The building is right in front of the beach, where you can swim with the most beautiful the sunset. The home is 5 minute walk from Alogomandra, one of the most exciting beaches in Milos.
