NEW ⭐️ENTIRE BARN ⭐️ TOWN LOCATION ⭐️Wi-Fi PARKING.

ElenaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Woburn Barn. The property was clean, thoughtfully furnished, and well-equipped. Maria and Simon had thought of everything you could need for your stay, and even more! Personal touches like a welcome note and delicious cream tea left in the fridge for our arrival were greatly appreciated. The property’s ideal location, just a short walk to local shops and takeaways in Launceston, made it a great base to explore nearby attractions like Dartmoor, Tintagel, the Eden Project, the Jamaica Inn, and Bodmin. Little Woburn Barn will definitely be our first stop for any future trips to Devon or Cornwall.

Beautiful little cottage in a beautiful peaceful setting, everything we needed, very comfortable and very clean everywhere. Catherine was very friendly, gave us lots of ideas for things to do and makes beautiful scones to eat with the jam and cream she left, would definitely return

Gatherly View

Absolutely fantastic week. The accommodation was spotless and very modern. The walks around the estate were beautiful and highly recommend the farm shop. The information book attached was great we used it a lot for things in the local area, however I would say the hot tub information needs to be taken out as we were confused by this. We will be returning!

The Secret Stable Shepherd's Hut

EleanorRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This place is a real gem - quiet, peaceful, private and with a stunning view. It worked well with our two small children (who loved the bunkbeds) and also when I was alone. The hut has been built to a lovely rustic design and was just right for us. I spent a lot of time (alone) resting and looking at the view, which is certainly what I will come back again for. Perfect for a quiet get-away.

Delightful and cozy one bedroom cottage retreat

NicolaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is beautiful, nicely decorated throughout. We both felt like we where hidden away in it's quiet, peaceful setting. Jay's mum is lovely and lives next door, she was delightful and friendly and always on hand if needed. We had the best two nights sleep we've had in a long time. We both will miss the comfortable bed. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we wish we could have stayed a lot longer!

Cosy barn conversion.

GraceRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This must be our favourite Airbnb stay to date as a family of four- Janie and Simon were the loveliest hosts and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We very much enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and the shower was excellent too. Our boys (ages 4 and 7) also very much appreciated being able to run around in the adjacent field. We would definitely love to return and for a longer time too!

Luxurious barn conversion in a stunning location

PaulineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Lovely barn conversion in peaceful, beautiful surroundings. The barn had been carefully designed to give maximum space but retain a cozy feeling at the same time. (It was great to see the pictures of what the barn looked like before). Had many homely touches. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and good showers. We especially appreciated the 4.5 tog duvets for the summer instead of winter weight duvets that we so often find in places. It was wonderful to wake up to the sound of birds and sheep and see rabbits and birds in the garden. Shame that we were only there for a couple of days and the weather did not allow us to enjoy sitting in the garden or check out some of the local walks. Deborah had left a folder with plenty of suggestions of places to visit in the area. Would happily recommend and book again if we were in the area.
