Coffee or tea with fresh muffins, eggs, yogurt are provided upon your arrival. Take advantage of the hotplate, bar fridge, and countertop oven. Visit downtown Guelph or go on hike in the surrounding areas. The hot tub and fire pit are available. Our pool is for family use only. You may hear some traffic and the clucking of our chickens

Guests have access to a separate portable washroom, by walking about 100ft to the back of the yard.

A farm stay on your way to soaking up all that our county has to offer. The bunkie is located next to a restored century barn and an outdoor pool. The property is home to 5 alpacas, mini goats, chickens and our family dog. The bunkie is on a shared property with our home. It's 1 hour from Toronto, 20 minutes from Hamilton, 1-hour from Niagara-on-the-lake and 10 minutes from the historic Ancaster village. This friendly, private open concept loft apartment is located on the top floor of a guest coach house located on a 2 acre waterfront estate. The loft apartment is a separate building from the main house. There is a maximum occupancy for the loft of 2 people, parties, get togethers and events are not permitted. Due to the tall spiral staircase, children are not permitted due to safety. Extra charges will apply if additional guests are present in the loft.
