Spacious cottage on 3/4 of an acre beachfront property. Large screened in porch with dining and lounging area; leads out to the fire pit, hammocks and private access to the beach. Open concept kitchen, living and dining areas all have views of the ocean. Master bedroom with en-suite boasts its own ocean view as well as direct access to the screened in porch. Walk down in the even and try your luck bass fishing or finding seaglass in the afternoon. Located 5 minutes from the town of Tignish, and approximately 2 hours from the City of Charlottetown.
