Beachfront holiday rental in Mimizan Plage

Communication with Stéphane very good, responsive, and present when we arrived. Very nice little house, 2 steps from the sea, with parking for parking. Everything is available in this house to spend a quiet week! And very well received with fruit juice and a bottle of rosé.

The place is in a great location. Close to ocean and shops. The place remains very quiet. We were never hot. There's always the option to create a draft. Warning for tall people, you'll have to lower your head to go into the bedrooms.

We had a great stay out of season, the house is very well located and is extremely functional and well maintained. Everything was done to make us feel good. Thank you to Catherine for providing such quality accommodation in a fantastic environment

Very nice place with all the essentials to have a good time. Close to the sea in a quiet environment. It's a shame that local traders don't think about setting up on this side of Mimizan Plage, it would add something extra to the accommodation I think.

"Cabin" with all comforts in a quiet residential area and close to the beach (~5 min walk) and all the amenities of the Arcachon basin.

The location in the market in Arcachon is great … not far from the train station and only a few meters from all shops, restaurants and the beach, we enjoyed the week for four in Brigitte's accommodation. Gladly again …

Beautiful stay in the heart of the Landes. The accommodation is as in the photos with a large terrace, nothing is missing, everything is planned to welcome you. Just bring your little bag of clothes, that's perfect! The ocean, the golf course, the swimming pools right next door, if you have little ones, they'll love it ;) Lots of restaurants for foodies by the ocean. This stay was too short to explore everything, I will definitely come back. Thank you to Arthur who is a perfect host, very considerate, excellent communication and also very warm. In short, I am delighted with this beautiful corner of paradise, it is exactly what I needed. Thank you again Arthur and see you soon.

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and our expectations were far exceeded. The location is perfectly quiet yet central, so we could easily reach everything in the area. The house itself is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and offers plenty of space for a relaxing break. A special highlight was the incredibly back-friendly mattresses - we rarely slept so well!!! It was really relaxing to wake up rested in the morning. A detail that takes the stay to another level. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. They have thought of everything, from small welcome touches to tips for the area. We really felt at home and were able to fully enjoy the time undisturbed. We would recommend this house to everyone without hesitation! A big thank you to the hosts!

With your feet in the sand, this accommodation on the dune is a privilege! See the sea horizon from the kitchen, the living room, the terrace and see the ocean, the waves from the bedroom upstairs and even from the shower...!!!!!! A few steps away: breathtaking view from the top of the dune over the vastness of the ocean, in peace... It's magical... We really enjoyed the location, the view, and the personalized apartment made by the hands of its host; a host who welcomed us with very appreciable attention and kindness. we had a great stay with the family in this accommodation. the ocean view is beautiful. the proximity to the different shops restaurant bar very nice. we are very happy with our stay and considering coming back next year.

Very pleasant stay in this ideally located studio, well-equipped, easy to access, Isabelle is very pleasant, accommodating, responsive and attentive. The accommodation is placed in a strategic location to do everything on foot during the stay and it is very appreciable. the instructions for the accommodation and the equipment are numerous and clear. We had a great weekend at Isabelle's place. The location is ideal, close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The house is very nice and very well-equipped. Isabelle has always been very responsive in our exchanges. The real plus is this beautiful terrace and the fact that it is in a central location while being in a quiet area. Go there with your eyes closed!!

We were in Contis Plage for the second time and this time we chose Alexandra's accommodation instead of camping. It was really a wonderful holiday! The accommodation is perfectly located, a few minutes' walk from the beach. The house has everything you need, is cozy and beautifully furnished and especially the terrace and garden are wonderful. We will definitely be back :)
