Ici vous ferez tout à pied : plage, courses alimentaires, sorties nocturnes, boutiques, courant d'eau douce. Vous pourrez garer votre véhicule dans la rue gratuitement. A vélo, vous rejoindrez le lac de Mimizan et sa promenade fleurie, Contis, Mimizan bourg... Pour l'été, je privilégie les séjours d'au moins une semaine.

Vos vacances sans voiture. Tout peut se faire à pied, 10 mn le centre-plage avec tous commerces et animations via une coulée verte, 800m les plages de la "côte d’argent", 5mn la plage du courant. En bordure de forêt, tout proche aussi le skate-park, la piste cyclable et les circuits de randonnée

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!
