There are several hot springs about 20 minutes away by car. - WiFi (network environment) available ・ No smoking inside the hall (inside the accommodation facility). There is a smoking table in the garden. There are no restaurants nearby because it is far from the city. Please have dinner before you arrive or bring your food. The kitchen includes water, a gas stove, dishes, pots, and frying pans. There is also a fire pit for barbecuing in the garden. This is a house with a superb view overlooking Lake Nojiri. There are several ski slopes (Myoko, Kurohime, and Masao), about 15-20 minutes away, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy a wood-burning sauna and a stunning water bath. There are no private houses around, so you can also watch music and movies with loud noise. Because it is a house nestled deep in the mountains, we do our best, but there are insects during the warmer months.It snows a lot in winter.In autumn, the leaves are dancing. You must also adjust the fire in the wood stove yourself. It's never an easy home to live in, but with a great view and experience. There is a full counter kitchen with stunning views and condiments and cookers so you can enjoy cooking.(No BBQ equipment)

Please have a relaxing time on the sunny veranda side of the two rooms that are pure Japanese-style.

30 years after the building, this is a pure Japanese-style detached house. Feel free to use the pans, microwave, oven, and utensils in the spacious private kitchen, enjoy your meals and unwind. Rest peacefully in the tatami mat room on Japanese futons lined with pillows. Parking is also available for up to 2 station wagon sized vehicles. There are Japanese-style rooms, Western-style rooms, and a dining room for couples, families, and groups. There is a kitchen, so of course you can cook for yourself. You rent the entire building, so you don't have to worry about sharing it with others. The house only has a shower, but there is a hot spring nearby. (7-minute walk) Ideal for the currently popular workcation. Combined with the adjacent Ume House, it can accommodate up to 8 guests.

"Yuzawa Building" is open on 2019/2020 winter. It locates on east side of EchigoYuzawa station in a quiet street for only 4-minutes walk away. There is the public Onsen which is most likely used by locals and also, good Yakiniku shop and Soba within walking distance. Because the room is compact and cozy, it is the best choice for up to 4 people family or group. It has kitchen, bath, restroom, washstand are provided along with dining by 1 Western-room and 1 Japanese-room.
