It was as comfortable as my vacation home in Bohol He also booked me a van before I arrived at the port to move from Cebu to Bohol. There was also drinking water, cooking utensils, and seasonings, and he was very enthusiastic about the accommodation. I needed to print it urgently, but thankfully, I was thankful that you even did the print yourself. It was an eco-friendly accommodation, so I was able to say hello to the lizards every morning, and it was nice to have two air conditioners in the living room. It's a great place for a large family to tie up at an affordable price, so I highly recommend it. I couldn't get Grab on the day I came back, so I asked for a sanding taxi in a hurry, but they worked hard to find it. Thank you. I don't know when I'll go to Bohol again, but until then, be happy.

my family loved the place. the kids enjoyed the pool. the home was clean and bug free. we used both the indoor kitchen and outdoor cooking area which help with preparing fish. the home has a unique layout and offers enough space to not be crowded together. the home is easy to relax in. my wife is already planning to return because the location is a good starting point for day trips.

We were stunned at the location. This is comparable to a private resort. we could not believe how impressive the location was for the price. Arno graciously picked us up from the port (airport pickup also available) and offered us the use of his car to drive around which was extremely helpful. The location is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with trees, plants and a pool. The compound is also self-sufficient with solar panels and harvested rainwater. the home itself was extremely modern, equipped with Wi-Fi and starlink for internet, beautiful bathroom, fully equipped and spacious kitchen and a bedroom with an amazing view of the garden. In the centre of the garden is a large area for dining and socialising. the buildings are named after the planets and have architecture Which is thematic for the buildings. this is the best Airbnb we have ever been to and it was like being part of the family. Thank you Arno and family. we will definitely visit again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The interior and the pool looked just like the photos. Though the place is a bit aged, everything was clean, and the towels and bedding were fresh and crisp. It was clear how well David and his family care for the home — even the pool was beautifully maintained. Manager Allen was incredibly responsive and kind to our family’s needs. The firefly tour he arranged was an unforgettable experience — far better than others we’ve seen. When my niece wanted a nail service, David’s wife kindly took her. There was a small issue, but she did her best to help, and we’re very grateful. We also used the chef service — every dish was delicious, and both adults and kids enjoyed the meals. Our family had such a happy and memorable time here. If we come back to Bohol, we’d love to stay again. And lastly, thank you so much, Allen! :)

We had a lovely time at Kelvin‘s flat. He and even his sister were always reachable and he had a lot of recommendations for us. The flat is spacious with beautiful interior, area is great - central but quiet. Make sure to get a massage!! We would def come back🤗

Jeanne and her dad were the most welcoming hosts. We had a small accident before we arrived and they took such great care of us. The place itself is great, the view from the balcony is amazing!

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

We had a great stay in Gen’s place. Really love the whole vibe and peaceful ambiance making us feel right at home. I also commend Ate Marilyn for taking care of us during our whole stay. Great find, wonderful stay with family. Centrally located, very near halika, walking distance to main tourism road places. Despite being bets to busy tourism road, the place was peacefully quiet. Wonderful kitchen amenities, very cold aircon in the living room and bedrooms, keypad access to main door streetside, then keyed entrance to the living room. The place is on the 2nd floor and would allow you to exercise bringing your luggage up. Right below the air bnb is the wonderful green wave cafe, a convenience store and boutique store. Just besides is a cellphone accessories & repair shop and another boutique. Across the street are a couple of spa and nail salon. A short 3 minute walk to where pan de coco and pan de surf is sold, the Catholic Church and other eating places/grocery stores. Con is the absence of doors to the toilet/bathroom, but can be an opportunity to bring the family closer!

You’re doing yourself a disservice if you don’t stay here. Hands down best place we stayed in our month around Philippines. Super modern, super clean, friendly hosts, incredible yard and great vibe. Wish we had more days to stay at Neil’s place longer!

An amazing peaceful oasis that is extremely well set up & maintained. This listing is the perfect place to be your base to visit Apo Island & to explore everything this part of Negros has to offer. Beautiful views & great relaxation as well. Highly recommended.

Mendy was a super friendly host that made us feel at home immediately. The view is amazing with a stunning panoramic view of the city, the bay and Samal island. We’ve spent many hours just watching the boats on the sea. Can’t wait to come back to Davao, we will definitely be staying here again!

Maricar is an exceptional host, and her place was exactly what we were looking for - a peaceful home just steps away from shops and restaurants. Very happy with this place. Good location, less than 15 minutes from the beach. Maisie’s communication was excellent, and the apartment was clean, spacious and felt safe. Overall cannot fault it, especially for the price!!
