The apartment is located in the center of Mindelo, in the building of Urgimed's medical clinic on the top floor with the advantage of having a private terrace with barbecue and Gazebo. The apartment is fully equipped (fridge, stove, microwave, etc.) and the rooms (3) are also fully equipped with 2 toilets. It is very well situated - in front of the Police Command and the President's House. There's a supermarket and a butcher shop ahead. It is 5 minutes walk to Laginha beach. The area is calm.

Close to the city center where the tourist and cultural attractions of Mindelo, commerce and services are located (10-minute walk). The nearest mini-market is less than a 5-minute walk. The ferry terminal to Santo Antão and the other islands is a 10-minute walk.
