Monthly Rentals in Mindelo

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. In October, it was cooler this year than sonsg this time of year. In the evening we made a fire in the fireplace in the living room. The fireplace is easy to fire it pulls well when the window is open a little. We bought wood in the minimercado around the corner. At the bakery around the corner, we had breakfast or bought rolls. It is cozy. The sea is very close. Otherwise, the area is quiet. 15 minutes walk, for example on the beach, is the Cafe/Bar Terra Nova. Beautiful terrace and cozy inside. Jorge was a perfect host. always helpful and accommodating.

What an amazing Flat by the beach! The flat was perfect, spotless clean and had everything we needed and much more ( bathroom robes, slippers, beach accessories and kids toys..). Andreia was extremely helpful and flexible from the beginning to the end of our stay, we felt like we are in *****spa hotel and very generous with all extra gifts we have received ( lovely welcome snacks and drinks, great selection of toiletries, gifts at the departure…) We loved the beach and large swimming pool, we had amazing time in Mindelo!

It is often difficult to give an assessment but this is top (5 estrelas). The apartment is located on a square in the historic center (beautiful) near the port and close to the beaches (top). You feel at home and in addition Berta is always available, responsive and caring (👍). There is still a lot to say and frankly do not hesitate because you will not be disappointed. I would recommend it 100%.

Great experience which will make us repeat the Alguer if we return to the region! Always contactable and helpful hosts. It exceeded expectations regarding the space because the photos do not reflect the potential of the housing. We were pleasantly surprised.
